This 2 bedroom/ 1 bath house duplex is only 2 NEIGHBORHOOD streets off of Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach. It has water on both the north (lagoon with 2 free public boat ramps) and south sides (The Gulf of Mexico) of the home ( see map photos on listing).

The driveway will accommodate a truck and trailer for a boat, jet skis, or motorcycles along with an additional vehicle.

The home is recently updated in beach cottage decor-new carpet, paint, & appliances including a washer and dryer.

Shopping, restaurants, golf, and amusements rides are also within walking distance. FYI if this unit is already booked for the dates of your choice, I have another unit right next door with the same layout and its own privately fenced yard.---property number #677172.

Master bedroom has a queen bed, twins in the second bedroom, and a roll away bed. There is a fenced back yard for privacy and pets.

Amenities include free wireless internet, cable, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Everything is furnished- all you need is your beach towels, suntan oil,and golf clubs. The Gulf of Mexico has the perfect white sands and turquoise waters that you can enjoy while soaking up the sun. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. Pets are welcome!!!

Business stay

Great location, clean with all the amenities you need. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Brought my dog so made my trip so fun and relaxing.

Convenient to beach and restaurants, pet friendly property

This listing is on the quiet end of PCB. Lots of good restaurants, 2 blocks from the beach and a quick drive to Rick Seltzer Park. Yard was nice for our dog. Dawn was always accessible and very responsive to any communication.

This property was perfect for a winter get away.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Having an enclosed backyard was a plus because we brought along a small dog. She also enjoyed her time in Panama City. The booking process was easy and Dawn was excellent as the properties host.
