The villa is in close proximity to 3 different malls ie -Palace Mall, Melcom. and the Accra mall . The Wild Gecko Handicrafts, University of Ghana, The A&C Mall and the W.E.B. DuBois Centre are also within close proximity.

Osu, also known as Oxford Street and famous for its night life - clubs, pubs and discos, cinemas, souvenirs and fine dining is only about 6 miles away.

There is a back up generator and water reservoir for the rare occasions when there is a power cut. electric fence with 24 hour security to guarantee your water and power supply throughout your stay.

There is a 50GHC daily provision for electricity. Back up generator will have a full tank prior to arrival. In the unlikely event there is over usage of power by guests, guests will be required to top up the meter/generator.

Please note we have a strict policy regarding number of guests staying at the villa. Only guests presented at time of booking will be permitted to stay at the villa.
Any guests added after check-in will incur a £20 per person per night charge (maximum guests 6 inclusive).

Guests have access to 24 hour-on site assistance. Daily house keeping is included in our rates.
A chef is available at an additional cost.
