APARTMENT of 110 square meters, in an elegant setting, located on the first floor, consisting of: entrance, corridor, kitchen, living room with terrace, 2 bedrooms and a children's bedroom with a cot and an emergency armchair bed for unexpected guests, fully furnished and newly renovated, with modern and airy furniture, it is located a few steps from the center, the promenade, San Michele di Pagana, and the Port of Rapallo.
The beds are as follows: a double bed, a single bed that becomes a double in the second bedroom, a sofa bed that becomes a double in the living room, and a bedroom with a baby bed and a sofa bed.

A few steps, shops, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, parking lots, and everything you can reach in a few minutes. You will forget your car for the whole stay!

Equipped kitchen, brand new, washing machine, television, shovels in one bedroom and air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. All rooms overlook balconies!

The owners provide bed linen and towels. However, no other services of any kind are foreseen. For longer stays, you will have a washing machine at your disposal throughout the period.

This flat is right in front of the Port of Rapallo, a few minutes walk from the center of the town.

It is on the first floor of the building, looking on the side and the rear of the street, in front of a Mediterranean garden.
Every room has a balcony, and you can sit outside in the fresh air in the evening.

The kitchen as all the furnishings are brand new and equipped with coffee machine (Nespresso and filter coffee) and toaster, a fridge and a washing machine.

One ceiling fan in one bed room and air conditioning in bedroom and living room are available.

Wi-Fi is available.

The building is looking on the coastal road to Santa Margherita, and in a 10 'walk you reach the village of San Michele di Pagana, a cozy fishers' village with a coast promenade.

A shirt walking distance and you are right in the center of the town, whereas nearby you have a Restaurant with Pizzeria, a grocery, a tobacconist and several cafés.

No garage is available, but in front of the Port a large parking lot is available for free. There are different parking in Rapallo, some are free, some have a time limit, some are paying.
