This luxurious and spacious house is located at the heart of Crantock, situated on a peaceful private lane which only leads to Crantock Beach, National Trust Headland and the South West Coastal Path. Clemens Beach House has stunning sea views from several windows and will comfortably sleep four people plus a baby or a child.
Why choose this property?
It's all about style and location: turn left out of the drive and walk straight onto a path leading across the headland and down onto the beach, or to several other lovely walks. Turn right and the village is a two minute walk with a selection of shops, pubs and tea rooms. Once home, sit and watch a glorious sunset, or just look at the sea, from the comfort of the huge comfy sofa and chair. The property has full central heating and lots of creature comforts for a stunning winter break. We offer our guests a warm welcome with homemade scones, clotted cream and strawberry conserve, accompanied by a chilled bottle of Prosecco.
Your ground floor entrance hall leads to a huge bedroom, with a king sized bed and room for a travel cot- we can add a single mattress for a child. There’s a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
French windows lead out from the bedroom, onto a private terrace with a table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque. There’s an outside shower (warm water!) for returning surfers and sandy dogs.
Upstairs, the stylish, comfortable and spacious sitting room and very well equipped kitchen and dining area have stunning sea views.
A recessed area next to the living room has a double sofa bed and more sea views. There are loads of photos and plenty of five star reviews. Please take a look and see what we have to offer.
Clemens Beach House is a completely private addition to Clemens, the owner’s property; it has its own private entrance, and parking for up to two cars. The property has Wi-Fi.
We are dog friendly and can accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs. We request that dogs are not left unattended.
Year round dog-friendly Crantock Beach has something for everyone: great waves for body boarders and surfers, water sports tuition and equipment hire. RNLI operates a lifeguard service during summer months.
For walkers, there is direct access to the south-west coastal path and a variety of coastal walks are accessible directly from this property. The River Gannel estuary is idyllic for waterside walks, bird watching and paddle boarding.
A short stroll leads to a café- bistro with stunning sea views and a spa offering a variety of treatments, a swimming pool and tennis court.
Crantock is also a great central location for accessing a number of Cornwall’s best tourist attractions, including the Eden Project, the cathedral town of Truro, St Michael's Mount and the stunning harbour towns of St Ives and Padstow. Newquay, with a variety of attractions, restaurants, beaches and activities is only 3 miles away.
