Fisherman's house with more than 100 years of history, located in the heart of Puerto de Llançà in the commercial center and Puerto Deportivo Club Nautic Llançà. It consists of a dining room with open kitchen and a bathroom. Balades, golf, gastronomie, repos. Tout était parfait mais l'emplacement des salles d'eau (1er et dernier étage ) et la raideur des escaliers n'étaient pas "top".
