A fully equipped home for up to 5 people. The house has been completely renovated in recent years by the owners while retaining authentic features such as the stone walls inside. The distance to Bergerac with its airport is approx. 25 minutes. The distance to the place in the Dordogne river where you can swim is also 25 minutes.

The house has its own terrace, with a garden table with enough chairs and shade from a tree. There is also a fire pit where you can barbecue. You can play on the large lawn, but you can also enjoy the peace and quiet on the sun loungers.
Upon entering you enter the large kitchen with an original fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The stairs in the kitchen lead you to the mezzanine with a cozy seating area. The sofa bed is for two people and there is also a single bed there. You can also watch your own DVDs or watch a movie stored on a usb. In the kitchen there is a passage to the hall. There are the bathroom with bath and shower, the separate toilet and the bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

The property is not fenced.

The property is a good base for visiting the beautiful towns and castles, not to mention the many wine chateaux that the Dordogne is famous for.

In the house there is also a washing machine and bicycles can be rented.
