Welcome to Bear Bottoms. If you've been looking for a vacation in in the Beavers Bend/Broken Bow Lake area you have come to the right place.

You can enjoy this serene area by relaxing in the hot tub or by listening to the crackling of the fire in the stone outdoor fire pit. If you don't want to miss your favorite show or the big game we have you covered with the outdoor TV. You can also have the evening meal cooking on the charcoal grill.

This is the perfect cabin for the couples getaway, but hey, if you want to bring some friends or the kids we have you covered as well (sleeps up to 4). 1 bedroom with a pillow top mattress on the roomy king size bed and 1 bath. You can enjoy the propane log fireplace and TV in the living area with friends while kicked back in the recliner and comfy couch (with hideaway bed) or while relaxing in the king size bed. If privacy is what your looking for you can shut the decorative barn style doors.

You don't have to worry about missing the luxury's of home while enjoying your time away. This cabin is furnished with modern appliances in the fully equipped kitchen including microwave and Keurig. Just bring your favorite coffee and food. Linens are provided. Want to pack light? No worries, there is a front load washer and dryer. If you can't totally be unhooked we have wifi.

Bear Bottoms is nestled among towering trees, while only minutes to Beaver’s Bend State Park, The Mountain Fork River, and Broken Bow Lake. It is located on the dam road/park entrance (259A). Great Place for fun in Beavers Bend

The cabin is small, but was just right for me, my husband, and our 11 year old grandson. We made good use of the hot tub and firepit. The petting zoo just up the street was lots of fun and we even did a bit of fishing. this spot is conveniently located for quick access to nearby attractions, yet quiet enough to feel secluded. Will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to the neighborhood.

Private cabin

Great cabin, loved that the bedroom is separate from living area. Outside is private with neighbors far from sight, when leaves on the trees i wouldn't even know they are there. Owner had great communication and answered any questions promptly.

Cozy, secluded cabin in the woods

My family stayed here, myself, my boyfriend and my two kids ages 6 and 9. This was a perfect little get away from the hustle and bustle of DFW. Loved how secluded it was from the other cabins and truly felt like you were out in nature. The proximity to the lake and trails was also a major plus. Would definitely stay here again

Christmas Present

We booked the weekend as Christmas present to each other instead of gifts. We have never been to Hochatown before. But the cabin was perfect. Nice clean hot tub, great spot for the fire pit, hammock was wonderful in the mornings, and the grill was just the little extra for the outside. Inside was clean had your basic needs that you would expect from a rental. We will book again for another trip next year.
