Second bedroom has two single beds and large walk in closet. Second bathroom has tub/shower combo. Just updated with fresh white paint, new ceiling fans, and newer appliances. Colorful Mexican Tile and original artwork throughout. Large covered patio opens to a peaceful and serene greenspace a few short feet from the pool and bubbly hot jacuzzi! Great comfy place for an extended stay

We stayed at Shelley’s place for about a month this winter. The apartment was perfect for us, very cozy with lovely walking paths through the quite green common areas. Shelley met us at the property and walked us through the whole place. She was very accommodating when our plans changed slightly. The location in Scottsdale worked for us, just 2 min from the highway and a bunch of supermarkets, stores, and restaurants. We would definitely return here.

Great condo great area

We were very impressed with the condo well stocked and Shelley was wonderful to work with. Very accommodating. It was right by the pool I wld highly recommend.

Village One 2 BR ground floor Condo

Loved this condo that is homey, efficient and well cared for. It is in a great location in Scottsdale with easy access to all types of activities. In the complex, the pools are kept in good condition and you have a choice of several pools within walking distance. I especially liked being close to the Indian Bend walking trail. Would recommend to friends and family. My thanks to the owner, Shelley, for making my AZ trip enjoyable. I would have given a 5 star rating except there was no cable in the condo. However, Shelley will be providing cable to future tenants upon request.

A lovely and comfortable condo in a good location!

The condo has a spacious, open feel that I appreciated. Attention has clearly been paid to decorating it and there are many small decorating touches that I loved. It is equipped with all the basics one needs for cooking and eating in. On one side of the condo is a parking lot, with convenient parking and the other side faces lovely green space and is near a pool. The owner lives 4 condos away; she's extremely nice and was always available to answer questions. It is part of a large complex of condos in a convenient location, with 2 grocery stores, a number of restaurants, and a branch of the Scottsdale Library nearby.

This little gem of a getaway is lovingly updated and ready for someone to enjoy! It has fresh white paint, new plush carpet in the master suite, new bathroom fixtures, new doors, new hardware, new lighting fixtures including ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room, new stainless steel appliances, countertops, sink/faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen, updated plumbing, new HVAC and new furnishings. Wifi and satellite TV are included. The condo is filled with original artwork for your enjoyment. It is a peaceful and quiet location within minutes of many, many enjoyments--all ready for you!

What makes this property unique

Originally from the mountains in Montana, I love the desert and all it has to offer but I also need to be surrounded by the serenity of green growing things. The Villages are unique in offering this. You will be surrounded by a park-like setting with space to breath and shed the stress of daily life yet be minutes from great restaurants, sporting events, golf, shopping, hiking and night life. Come enjoy the Arizona sunshine!!
