Maison de famille idéalement situé à 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un beau séjour et particulièrement apprécié l'atmosphère d'une vraie maison de famille avec ses souvenirs de voyages, son côté pratique, bien équipée comme une maison prêtée par des amis. Idéalement placée à côté du centre, à côté de la plage de Saint Brice et à deux minutes de la plage avec le centre nautique. C’était vraiment bien !

Belle maison, idéalement située.

Belle maison, très bien équipée pour des vacances détente. La plage et le club de voile sont à côté. Ambiance familiale dans le village, tout le plaisir du Bassin sans le luxe parfois ostentatoire d'autres endroits à côté.

On se sent chez soi. Environnement très calme.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est idéalement située, spacieuse et confortable. Certes une partie est un peu vieillotte mais par beau temps c’est Super ! Rare de trouver une vaisselle aussi complète et de cette qualité. Beaucoup de choses mises à notre disposition témoignaient de la gentillesse et de la convivialité des propriétaires. La proximité de la plage du grand Crohot compensait le fait que hors marée haute on ne pouvait pas se baigner à proximité. Séjour parfait avec de jeunes enfants. Le prêt de deux vélos nous a rendu service. Le marché du dimanche est particulièrement agréable. Le jour de notre arrivée il faisait un peu froid et le temps était humide. Pouvoir faire ce soir la un feu dans la cheminée a été très agréable. Les autres jours nous avons profité du barbecue Weber et nous nous sommes initiés à la plancha. On s’est bien régalé ! Isabelle notre hôtesse a été charmante, et la communication fluide et sympathique. Merci à tous les deux. Isabelle et Christophe Malavoy

Maison Agréable idéalement siutée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, au calme mais non loin de commerces, idéalement située à 50m du bassin. La maison est composée de 2 parties, l'une récente, moderne, très claire, l'autre plus ancienne qui nous a rappelé la maison familiale de nos vacances, pleine de charme, où l'on retrouve la vaisselle ancienne et les meubles chinés chez les antiquaires. La communication (disponibilité et réponses adaptées) avec la propriétaire, Isabelle, est parfaite! Malgré notre réservation tardive, elle s'est organisée pour une remise des clés adaptée à nos horaires. La période de février ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardin très agréable et bien aménagé, mais il nous donne envie de revenir aux beaux jours! Nous y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.

superbe

Magnifique séjour à Arés. Maison très agréable même en plein hiver, on peut profiter de la terrasse. Quartier très calme, la plage à 50m, le centre-ville à seulement quelques coups de pédales au top.
