Appartamento Sirena is a holiday home in the centre of Porto Cesareo.
It`s on the first floor, 50 meters away from the sea and it
accommodates up to 6 guests. Appartamento Sirena is equipped with
accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms,  tv, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.

Appartamento
Sirena is in the centre of Porto Cesareo and it has a balcony and
terrace. The holiday home is independent and it`s a two-bedroom
apartment with living room, open kitchen and sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a triple bedroom
and 2 bathrooms with shower. Appartamento Sirena is finely furnished,
with modern accessories. The inner staircase takes to the terrace,
furnished with table and chairs and with a spectacular view on the sea.
On the terrace there is the laundry aurea with outdoor wash-basin and outdoor shower with hot water.

Sirena is in the centre of Porto Cesareo. It`s 50 meters away from the
closest free beach and the seafront promenade. It`s 2 kilometers away
from famous beach establishments.
Its position is unique: the main
square of Porto Cesareo is 20 meters away and the amenities such as the
seafront promenade, the small harbor, shops, bars and amenities are
within walking distance.

The apartment is 20 mt away from the main square of Porto Cesareo.
On the terrace there is an outdoor shower with hot water.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
