Bénodet, fin juillet

En fait, l'appartement est lumineux, la chambre principale et la cuisine donnent sur un parc (bientôt en travaux?). On est proches de la plage (vaste et propre), du casino, du cinéma, mais suffisamment bien placés à l'arrière de l'immeuble pour ne pas être trop gênés par les bruits de la nuit (le mauvais temps aidait aussi...). Deux remarques : les garages sont étroits et il n'y a qu'un trousseau de clés (il en faudrait un deuxième, surtout pour un appartement qui peut loger une famille)

Près de la plage

Suffisamment en retrait de rue pour être au calme et profiter du chant des oiseaux en regardant le coucher du soleil . Cet appartement nous a plu aussi pour sa luminosité, ses espaces et son extérieur.

A quelques mètres de ka plage de Benodet.

Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble. Belle petite salle d'eau, le reste aurait besoin d'un peu de rafraîchissement. Silence et verdure à deux pas de la plage. Box garage un peu étroit.

Très bon emplacement.

Appartement parfait pour 2 personnes même si il y a possibilité de couchage pour 4. Bonne situation environnante. Se passer d'un véhicule est envisageable et le garage est un atout non négligeable. Impression générale très satisfaisante mais il serait nécessaire de remettre aux normes l'électricité dans son ensemble car certaines prises sont "précaires". La cuisine mériterait d'être refaite car son aspect date quelque peu. Les 2 lits simples de la chambre pourraient être remplacés par un grand modèle. Le wc mérite quelques attentions. La salle de bain a été refaite et est confortable.
