This is a holiday house of your Nightmares!
Trying to be positive about this villa after 10 days stay there! It is spacious and we had the privacy that as all adults we wanted. The pool was nice and clean and the villa was generally clean. The mosquito nets on the windows and the perimeter burglar alarm were good and necessary in that location.
BUT it is NOT A QUALITY VILLAt:
Main bedroom had strange kitchenette with space where a fridge was, a broken kettle with a spider in it.
There was no bedside table, no reading lamps, bulbs not working, no dressing table, no mirror, no hairdryer, broken towel rail.
The coverlet on the bed had stains and blood spatters on it and smelt terribly!
One ensuite bedroom door came off its hinges immediately and had a double mattress stuffed down the side of the wardrobe, coverlet had cigarette burns and smelt.
Other ensuite had no light bulb and no shower head (replaced quickly). All showers were just in the corner no screen just 1cm lip which meant floods.
The kitchen was SO POORLY equipped - 3 wine glasses, 3 mugs, loads of tiny glasses - 50% of which were dangerously chipped. No microwave, no mixing bowls, broken bin ...
Downstairs loo had broken flush.
The lots of lovely sunbeds (6) means just that - no cushions - they were on the back terrace shredded - and Orange Crown the managing agents refused to replace them saying they didn't have to. There was one sunshade - equally shredded and discarded along with several plastic bases - all leaking. There was no means of getting any shade at the front of the house. The outdoor kitchen is a bbq and sink - which was in a disgusting state - the way it was left by previous guests according to the agent! - Clean it????
All the terraces and balcony were unusable as there are no chairs /tables.
The lovely 2 acres of garden and fruit trees translates into a garden tended ONCE A MONTH! trees were dying the grass was dead, weeds were overgrown making the space unusable.
The quiet location is lovely until 6pm 3 nights a week when - being equi-distance (about 250 mtr) - between two wedding venues you had very loud conflicting cheesy music until midnight.
Whilst a couple of things were sorted the next morning - the important things weren't and this spoilt our holiday- we didn't want to relax and spend time at the villa because it was uncomfortable.
This property should be delisted. It's like the cheap pensions we rented as students not a quality large villa - 20 years visiting Dalyan it is the worst place we have stayed!
