The villa owners respected the Cretan traditional architecture and used indigenous materials such as stone and wood to build this marvelous 5 bedroom - ensuite bathrooms property that can accommodate up to 16 guests. While entering the property you will find a beautiful garden full of grass and flowers and many secure parking spaces. The large swimming pool with children pool area will make your stay more secure and enjoyable while having a drink on the sun beds or dine at the lounge furniture, next to the BBQ area. Dreamcatcher villa has a large living room with a fireplace, flat screen satellite TV, air condition and luxurious furniture with earthly colored finishes. Interior designers excelled at marrying the modern with traditional, offering pale toned stone wall decoration and a cozy old style wooden roof. For your dining, you have two options one elegant dining table next to the living room and a smaller one at the fully equipped kitchen with all modern common amenities. Next to the kitchen there is a WC toilet. The ground floor has two bedrooms one double with a sofa bed that turns into double bed and one twin bedded both of which have ensuite WC/Showers and a common balcony. On the first floor there is a small office and a large master bedroom with high wooden roof and a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Moreover it has a wardrobe room, an ensuite WC with shiny marbles, shower and bathtub. The last two bedrooms have 2 floors each where on the top floor there are 2 single beds and on the ground floor there is 1 double bed with ensuite WC/Shower and both have access to a shared balcony with forest views. Atsipopoulo village is a small village with warm people that if you come in contact with them you will experience the Cretan hospitality at its fullest. The house is only 1 km from grocery stores, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants for all kinds of taste. Rethymnon city is 2 km away and offers a huge variety of places to visit such as a Venetian castle and harbor, a lovely old town and many entertainment choices for your younger gang.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Starting from January 1st, 2024 there is a new "environmental tax/fee" that the guests will have to pay for each day of their stay in our country according to the following schedule: - From March to October, the rate of 10 Euros per day should be paid in cash on arrival. - For the period of November to February the amount of 4 Euro per day should be paid in cash on arrival.
