Villa Aquamarina is a modern and comfortable villa with authentic details. The villa is located directly on the sea with great views of the island of Hvar.
Villa Aquamarina is divided into three living units with a private terrace or balcony. In addition, there are several communal terraces, like the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, a BBQ / grill, a table tennis table, 3 kayaks and a water table for the little ones. On the terraces there are plenty of chairs, benches and lounge sets to enjoy the sun and sit together and eat together.

From the sea terrace you can immediately dive into the wonderful waters and then sunbathing on the sunbeds, sunbathing and sea sunshine in the evening.

Each living area has a cozy, modern living room with small details. The kitchen is very generously equipped with dishes, cutlery and glassware and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric hotplates and oven, coffee machine and washing machine.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin furniture. The delicious hotel quality boxsprings are generously 80x210 cm. Two apartments have a sofa bed of 200x200 cm, allowing a total of 20 people to sleep.

Piękny dom w cudownym miejscu. Położony w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, idealny na wypoczynek. Byliśmy na wakacjach w kilka rodzin, łącznie 20 osób w tym małe dzieci. Apartamenty fajnie rozmieszczone, każdy pokój ma swoją łazienkę co dla nas było bardzo komfortowe. Kontakt z właścicielem w porządku. 4 punkty co do czystości tylko dlatego że wszystkie leżaki i siedzenia na tarasie przed skorzystaniem musieliśmy sobie umyć bo były brudne. Ale ogólnie polecam obiekt.

Ein Traumurlaub

wir waren 4 Familien mit 14 Personen und haben 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. für uns war es ein perfektes Haus. Das Haus ist ein 3 eigenständige Wohnungen geteilt, die alle 3 komplett mit Küche, Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank / Kochmöglichkeit ausgestattet sind. Unsere Jugend (5 Teenager , 14-16 Jahre) waren in der obsersten Wohnung untergebracht und genossen es, einen eigenen Bereich für sich alleine zu haben. Die anderen beiden Wohnungen haben sich die 4 Elternpaare geteilt. Für uns war das die perfekte Lösung. Das Objekt ist am Hang gebaut und bietet sehr viel Platz über mehrere Etagen (jede Etage im Haus mit eigenem grossen Balkon/Terrasse, eigene Ebenen für Pool, Whirlpool & Grill, Meer). Durch diese Staffelung haben sich die 14 Personen sehr verteilt, so dass man eigentlich immer das Gefühl hatte, alleine zu sein - was insbesondere unsere JUgend sehr genossen hat :-) Der Ort Prigradica ist sehr klein, bietet aber einen kleinen Shop mit Bäcker, so dass man morgens zu Fuss frisches Brot holen konnte und einkaufen gehen konnte. Wir hatten alle unsere Mountain Bikes dabei und haben mehrere schöne Touren am Meer entlang und durchs Hinterland unternommen. In Summe waren wir uns am Ende des Urlaubs alle einig, dass das für uns ein perfekter URlaub war. Das Meer war herrlich klar und schön warm, das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage war für uns perfekt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen
