Nice cozy apartment
This was a lovely apartment, Susana was very helpful in explaining how to use the amenities as well as giving us a list of suggestions for exploring the beautiful sites as well as eating and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to all attractions, super market etc. We truly enjoyed our vacation thank you!
The perfect apartment in the perfect location
We stayed here 5 nights and absolutely loved this little apartment. It's in a perfect location, 5 minute walk to all of the local sights, a beautiful market 2 minutes away, coffee shop at the end of the street, and 2 minutes to Plaza Nueva. It was very quiet at night, the bed comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well appointed. Susana was in constant contact, making check in/out super easy, and giving us tons of useful information on the city, what to see, where to eat, and making our stay just perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Susana for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful city!

Susana was very accommodating and the location was perfect!
Good small flat in great location
We had a very friendly and helpful welcome when we arrived and this helped us get the most out of our stay. The flat is quite small but the furniture and equipment is all really high-quality. We were disappointed initially that we couldn’t sit on the balcony because it’s not big enough but in reality we were hardly there in the daytime and so it didn’t matter. It’s a great choice if you want to be in the middle of Seville.
Perfect location, spotless, chic
El Arenal is a neat little apartment in a quiet street in the heart of Seville. We were met and welcomed warmly by Susana who could not have been more helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very chic. A perfect base for exploring a great city!

This apartment was compact but clean and the space was
well planned. It is also in an excellent location walking distance
or short cab ride to everything. My only complaint would be that
sound attenuation did not seem to figure into the renovation. But
In Spain that is part of the charm.
