Bienvenidos a Villa Encanto, Puerto Vallarta! Over the years, our family has been coming to Bucerias to enjoy Villa Encanto like its many guests. The beautiful people, ocean, and surrounding is so intoxicating that in 2005 we decided to purchase this awe inspiring 9 bedroom beachfront Villa for our family and guests.

Many improvements and changes are made every year that reflect the classic Spanish hacienda feel while incorporating some modern comforts.

Spanish tile flooring in the main living room as well as the downstairs master bedroom and media room. Beautiful furnishings, king size beds in 8 rooms plus 1 studio, plush bedding with 400 plus thread count sheets, draperies, artwork, lighting and a state of the art air conditioning mini split system throughout the entire property and as well as ceiling fans. In addition, every bedroom has a closet safe for your convenience.

Most importantly, we created a huge media/theater room in the lower level where you will be able to enjoy a 70 inch wide-screen SMART HDTV, BLU-RAY/DVD combo and satellite channels. A DVD video library and board games for your enjoyment. Sonos sound system throughout. For those who just can’t get away from the office, we offer WIFI, a multi function fax/printer/scanner and a Vonage internet line for all of your long distant calls to the US or Canada.- for FREE!

Our staff of 6 is there to make sure your vacation is perfect in every way. We offer a cook who will prepare two meals of your choice per day (cost of food and beverages not included) as well as her staff (morning and evening assistant) to set up service and make your special margarita and or cocktail. Our housekeepers will greet you daily to help with any special requests as well as our English speaking property manager who is your personal concierge.

We offer Villa Specials as well as Puerto Vallarta Beach front destination Weddings.

We hope that your stay with us is wonderful in every way. We prefer a 7 night minimum but will work with you if you desire less.

Beautiful Villa on the Beach, Extraordinary Service

We were looking for a place for a family vacation for our extended family (6 adults, 7 children ages 3-12) and Villa Encanto definitely fit the bill. Everything was as advertised, the villa is literally right on the beach, the pool is large (and warm), the living quarters are spacious and very comfortable. And the Casita provide privacy/separation for a family who wants it. What came as a surprise was the service which was truly extraordinary. The concierge/manager attended to our every need, like having your own dedicated Four Seasons concierge, planned (excursions, photographer, birthday pinata) and unplanned (e.g. an unexpected need for a doctor), the onsite staff provided incredible meals, a constant flow of libations and guacamole, and were attentive without being intrusive. And the setting was truly gorgeous, our favorite memories are our breakfasts, early evening cocktails, and dinners overlooking the beach. Possibly the only caveat I would give is that over a holiday week the beach did get a bit crowded in the afternoon, although the mornings we felt we had it mostly to ourselves, and the beach felt like it was mostly filled with locals so felt a bit more 'authentic' than other parts of Puerto Vallarty. Overall this was one of our best vacations ever, I cannot recommend Villa Encanto highly enough.

FABULOUS

What a fabulous vacation! From the beachfront location and spectacular accommodation to the wonderful meals and friendly and thoughtful staff, all 14 of us were spoiled every day of our one week holiday. Can't wait to return.

Exceeded our expectations!

From the great reviews and beautiful pictures, we expected a wonderful villa for our vacation in Bucerias. From the moment we walked into the villa and were met by Esther, we knew Villa Encanto would not disappoint. The villa is immaculate but the personalized service from the staff was beyond our expectations. Ale and Paty made the most delicious food and drinks. Everything was so fresh and flavourful. Frederico kept the grounds absolutely beautiful. Karen and Jessica helped out in any way they could and it was great knowing that Pedro was always around to keep us safe. Whenever we needed anything, the staff went out of their way to help us. And they were always one step ahead of us. The staff became like family.

BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER BEEN ON!!!!!

As a mother of two, vacations can sometimes just feel like a change of scenery, but not at Villa Encanto! This is a 5 star property and experience from booking till you leave for the airport! The staff is so warm and friendly that they feel like family almost from the onset. The property itself couldn't be any more beautiful or family friendly and the quant Mexican town of Bucerias is something straight out of a movie. Staying at Villa Encanto is truly one of the best vacation I have even been on and we are counting down the days till we can go back!

Absolutely Beautiful! Way more beautiful in person!

This place is genuinely beautiful! The property is very spacious with a large pool, lawn, beach patio, and actual beach area. The pictures do not do it justice!! It is way more beautiful in person! The staff was equally beautiful and amazing, and they were like new family by the end of the week. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our extended family had an amazing time and I am hoping to make this a return trip!
