Casa Baino is a large apartment located inside the walls of Lucca, in an antique palace built in the year 1470.

The apartment is located along the central street Via Guinigi, right in front of the famous Guinigi Tower (Torre Guinigi).

The apartment lies on the 4th floor and has windows all around overlooking the roofs of Lucca thus is very bright.

Composition:

Entrance, large living room, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 new bathroom built in 2013 with built-in shower.

The apartment has WiFi internet connection throughout as well as International Satellite TV channels

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, 5 ring stoves, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker, etc.

Minimum stay is 4 nights.

Later check in, up to midnight, are possible with a little surcharge of 50 euros to pay in cash upon the arrival . After midnight is require 100 euros.

LAYOUT:
The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, the elevator reaches the 3rd floor, then there are two flights of stairs.

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking.

The closest Parking Mazzini is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential. By following the road signs you will be able to avoid the ZTL area while driving to the parking.
We kindly inform all guests that the rental property is self catering so hotel-like services are excluded by law (reception, surveillance of the accommodation, provision of meals and drinks, daily cleaning and linen change, transfers). Perfect location

The apartment was in the centre of Lucca perfect to walk to all locations close to main street 4th floor allowed a great view over city Only discrepancy was it states there is a lift. There is a lift but you still have 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We had a great stay and we would recommend it

Outstanding

This property has been a standout for us. Absolutely beautiful view and spacious apartment. Fully equipped in the old town, within walking distance from station if you walk towards the main entrance for car traffic it's easier to cross into the old town without pulling suitcases up and down too many steps alternatively taxis are at the station. The apartment is very clean and secure there is a lift with a dozen or so steps left to walk up . No air-conditioning but we already knew that so keep that in mind if you are there in the middle of summer. Overall this really is great value and Lucca is absolutely fabulous.

We absolutely loved this apartment and it’s location within the city walls So much space and fantastic views. We enjoyed our visit here so much and would hope to be back soon in the future.

Lovely fully equipped apartment with vistas over Lucca and beyond from every window. We really enjoyed our 9 day stay, very handy to return from sightseeing for lunch or just a cuppa. Lift goes to the 3rd floor and then 2 easy stair flights to the apartment door. Mrs Sonia was most helpful and we were able to access the apartment ahead of schedule which we greatly appreciated after a direct flight from Australia. We were able to find free parking for our hire car just outside the city walls near to where the market is held but spaces are fairly competitive.
