Just okay
Pros: cool old house in a great neighborhood especially if you need distance from Bourbon St. It was nice sitting on the front porch although the bench was very uncomfortable. Cons: Needs a good cleaning! Floors were dirty, you can feel crumbs when walking barefoot. Dishes had a dirty film on them. Oven has never been cleaned. Couch is very uncomfortable, you sink into it and struggle to get up. Not a con, just a warning, but it is so loud in front bedroom from street noise that you have to wear earplugs. Also, if you have any seniors in your group, just a warning that there’s no grab bars or railing on the front porch steps

Perfect home
It’s hard to start with just how perfect this home is for a holiday. From walking through the neighbourhood to the home which is just oozing New Orleans charm to opening the doors and continuing throughout. Rooms were spacious and aircon working great. Kitchen well prepped with general things to clean and make a coffee. Location was perfect for jazz fest, only a 15 minute walk away. The other way a 20 min walk to the French quarter/bourbon street. If not a walk then a $10 Uber. You will not be disappointed, our only complaint would be that we didn’t book longer.

Illinois to New Orleans
It was a great girls' trip. The location seemed like it was a 10 minute Uber ride to every where we wanted to go. We had a mirror fell off of a bathroom door and the owner was there within an hour and took care of everything. The house was clean and the three bedrooms were spacious. It was nice to have a full size bathroom both upstairs and downstairs.
