ACCOMMODATION
This property is situated in Los Dolses. When you arrive at this property you will immediately get the WOW feel, the complex has been built to a high specification and the maintenance and attention to detail of the outside areas will help you to enjoy your holiday.

The penthouse apartment is situated on the third floor and has an ultra modern feel to it. As you enter the apartment you will find the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Next you will find another bedroom with fitted wardrobes, this room has a single bed with another one that pulls out beside it should you need the extra bed, I would only recommend young children use the extra bed as the room is limited.
In the next bedroom again you will find a double bed with fitted wardrobes, opposite this bedroom is the very modern family bathroom.

The apartment is light and airy and gives you a very spacious and outdoor feeling as the lounge and kitchen have full windows so that you enjoy the surrounding and beautiful sea views. In the lounge there is a dining table that seats six and a chaise lounge sofa where you can enjoy chilling and maybe watching a little TV. The apartment has all languages on the TV and free wi-fi for you to enjoy. The property also has full air conditioning throughout.

The kitchen has been prepared with everything you need should you choose to cook in the apartment as well as a dish wahser. The washing machine is in a separate utility room should you want to use it, where you will also find a clothes airer, iron and ironing board, a hairdryer is also supplied for you and is kept in the bthroom.

On the terrace outside the kitchen you can relax on the sofa set and again enjoy your beautiful surroundings. Upstairs you have a very large solarium which has 6 sun loungers, outdoor dining for 6 and a BBQ, everything you need if you just want to chill in the Spanish sunshine. This terrace is gated for your security and safety.

Great property but could be even better
The property was great but for a few euros investment could have been even better. Pros: stunning main living /dining /kitchen room with views over pool and to the sea, lovely pool area which we enjoyed with the loungers and sunchairs provided. Two nice bathrooms with great showers. Friendly welcome from the property manager and tour of the apartment. All appliances present and correct as advertised. Cons: uncomfortable mattress in main bedroom in urgent need of replacement (you could hear and feel the springs), approximately half the lights in the apartment didn't work although most of the important ones did, the parasol on the roof terrace was broken which restricted our use of the top floor (we reported this but wasn't replaced during our stay), the kitchen would benefit from an extra set of crockery and cutlery so guests don't have to wash up or use dishwasher after every meal, property manager didn't appear at our agreed departure time (or communicate that they wouldnt) so we left the keys behind (which was plan B). Clothes horse rusty and partly broken. Outside the property it was a nice neighborhood with lovely restaurants and a surprisingly good bakery at the local petrol station all within 5 minutes walk. 5 minute drive to the excellent La Zenia beach.

Reasonable and safe
I was a solo traveller and wanted a nice safe base to explore the surrounding areas. On arriving at the airport I called Sharon as instructed but the call went to voicemail after trying a further 3 to 4 times my call was not picked up and I also texted to no avail. I did start to panic a tad. I decided to travel to the apartment and hoped on arriving I would get some response, which I did and Sharon and Kevin met me at the apartment quite promptly after. I was disappointed with the level of communication with the property manager which did not exceed my expectations following on from the 1st instance when landing at the airport and throughout my stay I found it a bit frustrating on a couple of occasions when I tried to call and got no answer or replies to some texts I had sent. I had been advised from the Sharon’s team that there was a smart tv with all the usual apps but once in the apartment it was clear this was untrue. Thankfully Kevin was really helpful and sorted out a tv box to which I was very grateful for Kevin assistance with this. Positives with the apartment: Aircon, washing machine, dish washer, hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine (Nescafe Dolce Gusto), hot water at all times, Wi-fi, lovely grounds and most importantly I felt safe. Improvements: Kitchen utensils need updating for e.g only 1 chopping board, measuring jug needs replacing as well as the kitchen bin, scissors are blunt. Clothing rack needs replacing . No sun lounger cushions or loungers available to take to the pool. Please note in other reviews the host stated these were available. Barbecue definitely throwing out and replaced. Outside patio furniture could do with removing the rust and only comfortable to sit on for a short length of time Sofa could do with a deep clean So many plugs throughout the apartment do not work The location is fine but you definitely need a car to get to the beach as it took me 50 minutes to walk to. La Zenia boulevard took around 20mins to walk to and it is a lovely shopping mall has everything you need. I would recommend using the supermarket there as it is very big and has everything you could need, although there is a nice supermarket not far from the apartment.

Disappointing
The apartment and built in features such as oven, washing machine, dishwasher etc. we're up to standard as per advert. TV and channels were also excellent. Where the standard dropped below expectations was in all the outside furniture and the main bed. There were only 4 sunbeds on the roof terrace and not of the type in the photos. They were plastic with no mattresses available. The dining table is rusting badly around the edge and finally the barbecue is so rusty that it needs more than a good clean. No parasol is available so no shade on the roof. The terrace furniture is also rusting and a bit uncomfortable. The main bed mattress is well worn and uncomfortable. A good replacement is really required. Finally the crockery, pans and utensils could all do with overhaul or revision. Many of the issues raised may well be due to lack of clients due to Covid etc. Nevertheless the whole situation needs review and refreshing before further deterioration occurs.

Fabulous chilled holiday!
A great apartment, modern, clean and comfortable, beds especially! The pool was gorgeous and was never very busy despite being peak season. We hired a car to get to bars and restaurants and glad we did as the heat made walking harder: but I would def reccomend a car for beach/bars/restaurants, There is a supermarket 5-10mins walk which has everything you will need, from essentials to bbq meat. Our only thing to improve would be for the owners to provide a parasol that works for the sun terrace as it ended up we couldn’t sit up there at all as it was far too hot without any shade. It would be 5* if also there owners would provide some seats/beds/parasols that could be taken down in to the pool as again in peak summer it was hard to stay around the pool for long without comfortable beds and shade.
