The neighborhood is extremely quiet. You may see one car drive by the home a day! It's located close to town landing. It's a beautiful walk down Portanimicut road, one of the best roads in Orleans!

The house pricing as you see based on the dates you selected is for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom layout. That comes with a queen bed, and two twin beds plus one bathroom! This makes it easy for smaller families to benefit and use the home who don't need all the space.

If you would like access to the newly renovated master suite upstairs, we charge an extra $700 on top of the VRBO price you see per week! This space includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, extra living room with couch/futon and seating, and an additional bathroom with soaking tub. We will pro-rate the price for anything less than 7 nights during the off season.
