About this property

The first floor apartment no A 1 has sleeping capacity of 6+2 persons and is ideally suited for a family or a group of friends. The apartment contains 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has double bed. All beds are fitted with excellent quality cotton linen and quilts. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils.
Living room have sofa that can be use like extra bed. The living area flows out onto a large terrace where you can kick back and unwind in true holiday style whilst enjoying the spectacular, picture perfect sea views.

A wonderful property in a stunning location with great hosts.

We stayed in A1, the 3 bed apartment. It was everything we could hope for: spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and with the most phenomenal view from the balcony. The pool is also stunning and large enough for all families to share. We loved the location: easy access into the sea just a few metres away, a great restaurant across the bay (10 mins walk) and the main shops/restaurants of Lumbarda a beautiful 30 mins walk away along the easy coastal path. Antonio and his family couldn’t have been more welcoming with their advice and homemade wine, even taking us all out in their new speedboat around the local islands to swim and catching fresh sea urchins for us to eat! We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time. We can not recommend this property highly enough. Thank you, Antonio!

Fantastic views; relaxing stay and friendly hosts

The views from the patio / dining area are breath taking. Also being circa 50m from the sea is a huge plus - a short walk down the hill. The property is clean and fitted to a high spec. Antonio and his parents (who run and own the property) and very friendly and kind. The supermarket is around a 20-25min walk away; which in the heat could be interesting. Although Antonio did offer the use of his mountain bikes which reduces this time.
