Demoutsantata Vintage Residence is an old Kefalonian mansion that was built decades of years ago and was recently (2016) renovated for rent use. It is located in the small and quiet village of Demoutsantata and it can be used as a very peaceful house for the guests who need a place to stay in a village surrounded by trees.
It has two big bedrooms (one with a working desk and a living area) and 2 bathrooms. A very big living room in the ground floor can seat more than 15 people around the fireplace, a dining table for 6 and a kitchen in the next room.
DVR sleeps up to 5 people very comfortably.
Vintage Residence is a two storey residence. The 2 levels are connected with an external staircase.
