Villa of about 100sqm in villa, just renovated, inside a large courtyard, in common with "Villa dell'Ulivo"
Villa Casa Monaci has for exclusive use a large covered veranda and a view on a splendid 5000 sq m private pine forest, which can be accessed for relaxing walks. For the exclusive use of the property there is also an outdoor shower and barbecue. Just 200 m. from the splendid bay of Cala Monaci and 800 m. from the centre. In case of group (12 | 13 people total) it is possible to rent the "Villa dell'Ulivo", where still available.
the property has two spacious bedrooms, two new bathrooms, a kitchen complete with oven, and a large living room, with the possibility of independent access from the other bedrooms.

ottima location per Favignana

La casa di Sabrina è molto confortevole., non manca di nulla ed è molto curata sia all'interno che nel piacevole patio esterno. La posizione della casa è comoda sia per raggiungere il centro che le tante spiagge dell'isola. Siamo stati molto bene e siamo andati via con l'idea e la speranza di tornare.

La Perla di Favignana

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana Top! La villa è situata in un contesto incantevole, ben curata e accogliente. L’ospitalità dei proprietari ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Un angolo dì paradiso in un’isola paradisiaca.

Eccellente

Villa eccellente sotto ogni aspetto, compresa la posizione baricentrica nell'isola. Ci siamo stati comodi in sei adulti, non manca alcuna dotazione, ottime ed eleganti le recentissime finiture, magnifica la corte privata con angolo per la grigliata e la doccia, affascinante la vasta pineta privata. E sono senza prezzo i consigli a tutto campo della gentilissima e affidabile proprietaria. Da tornarci. E da consigliare.anche a due gruppi grazie al possibile abbinamento con l'altra villa.
