Estupendo

Sugerencia para mejorar: el jardín exterior no estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada y los cristales necesitan limpieza también. La almohada de la cama de matrimonio es muy mala y el colchón mejorable. No es una queja sino sugerencia de mejora. Por lo demás estupendo

Muy contentos con la experiencia

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días en Noja, sobre todo su ubicación cercana a la playa de Ris. Nosotros íbamos con un niño pequeño y el tener un parque al lado era muy práctico. Obviamente, tiene su cara B, ya que, en algunos momentos puede que haya algo de ruido, pero no es molesto en exceso. La urbanización en la que se ubica el piso estállena de niños, lo que se agradecer mucho cuando uno lleva al suyo. El jardín/patio se agradece mucho y permite pasar unas agradables veladas. En general, la experiencia ha sido muy buena.

Leuk appartement met zonnige tuin

Een leuk appartement met een heerlijke zonnige tuin. Goede locatie op loopafstand van de zee en restaurants. Naast een speeltuin (leuk maar wel veel geluid tot ca 22.30u). De bedden waren helaas erg slecht, er is geen wifi en het was niet goed schoon (met name in de lades en keukenkastjes, die waren gewoon vies). Ook wij hadden bij aankomst geen dekens, gelukkig heeft het makelaarskantoor/de verhuurder die ‘s avonds gebracht.

Goede afspraken (?).

Voor we uit België vertrokken werden we per telefoon in het Spaans gecontacteerd. Toevallig was mijn Spaans sprekende zoon thuis om af te spreken hoe we aan de huissleutel te pakken kregen. Ze gaf ook een telnr dat we mochten gebruiken als er iets misliep. Woensdag om 16h stonden we op het afgesproken uur en adres voor een gesloten poort met en 60 tal deurbellen. Op het doorgegeven telnr werd eerst niet opgenomen . Na een half uur lukte het wel. In het Spaans legde Frederico uit dat we op het adres moesten zijn waar we al stonden en dat we de deurbel moesten gebruiken. Hij wist niet welk nr en wij weigerde om alle 60 deurbellen in te drukken. Uiteindelijk kwam een lief meisje de poort openen en vertelde ons dat ze nog een uur tijd nodig had om het appartement schoon te maken. Na een uur wandelen en een terras kregen we de sleutels met uitleg waar ze voor dienden. 's Avonds toe we de bedden opmaakte vonden we geen dekens. We vonden het echter te laat om Frederico nog te bellen maar ik heb de eerste nacht niet goed geslapen. De dag later rade Frederico ons aan dat als het te koud was zonder dekens we de verwarming moesten hoger zetten. Wij als milieu bewuste mensen vonden dat geen goed idee maar zo merkten we dat de verwarming niet werkte. Dat vonden we niet zo erg maar er was ook geen sanitair warm water. Hij had geen idee hoe dat kwam tot we een verborgen schakelaar ontketen . Intussen had hij dekens beloofd en we spraken af dat we een uur voor de levering zouden verwittigd worden per Whatsapp. Rond 16h hadden we nog geen dekens . Mijn vrouw heeft dan zelf een bericht gestuurd en kreeg als antwoord dat er deze morgen niemand was. Uiteindelijk kregen we 4 dekens. Ondanks dit hadden we een leuke vakantie.
