Leider war das kein erholsamer Urlaub für uns. In der Küche fehlten Kochtöpfe. Bratpfanne und Schüssel waren verschmutzt und unbrauchbar, Geschirr und Besteck sind stark abgenutzt. Ich musste das ganze Küchenzubehör kaufen, damit wir was Kochen konnten. Möbel und die Matratze rochen nach Ammoniak. Bei der Ankunft hat mir die Vermieterin gesagt, das ich das Doppelbett nicht nutzen soll, da das Bett von den Vormieter beschädigt wurde, also musste ich in Kinderbett schlafen. Toilettensitzt ist stark abgenutzt, Duschvorhang lässt zu viel Wasser bei duschen durch, dadurch war das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Die Zimmer lassen sich nicht Lüften, da die Fenster zu klein sind. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetz versehen. Die Terassentür auf Nacht besser geschlossen halten, weil Krabbeltierchen so wie Eidechsen, Schlangen usw. in die Wohnung gelangen können, manchmal auch angetrunkene Touristen, und wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, ist es unerträglich warm in der Wohnung, am besten Mobiles Klimagerät mitbringen, was ich auch getan habe. Der beste Platz in der Wohnung ist die Terrasse mit Dusche und der Grillplatz. Der Strand ist in wenigen schritten über Treppen zu erreichen. Das Wasser war klar und die Aussichten wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Restaurants sind in unmittelbaren nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit PKW zu erreichen. Fazit: Wenn man sich für dieses überteuertes Apartment entscheidet, dann muss man mit solchen Überraschungen rechnen. Am besten das ganze Küchenzubehör mitnehmen. PS: Beschwerden bring nichts, für den Gastgeber und Tourismus Agentur vor Ort ist das völlig Normal. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. :worried:

Dunque da dove cominciare... Dal problema maggiore...
Dunque da dove cominciare... Dal problema maggiore, il caldo. Consapevoli che non aveva aria condizionata, pensavamo almeno di trovare locali freschi visto che sono seminterrati. Invece sono ricavati sotto una terrazza non isolata che di notte rilascia il calore accumulato durante il giorno, ambienti piccoli (ma questo non è un grosso problema), finestre troppo piccole e ricavate in alto, soffitto troppo basso, poco più delle porte. Nessun ricambio d'aria. Risultato un forno crematorio, la prima notte non abbiamo dormito, in un lago di sudore, nonostante abbiamo lasciato l'unica porta di accesso aperta, per evitare i gatti o gli animali abbiamo dovuto barricare la porta con un tavolino. Troppo caldo comunque. Il giorno dopo abbiamo dovuto chiedere un ventilatore, che la proprietaria ci ha dato. Avremmo già dovuto averlo lì da subito, e nonostante quello è stato minimamente sufficiente per sopravvivere e cercare di dormire i giorni successivi. Per il resto siamo consapevoli che venire a vivere una vacanza a rab significa riempirsi la macchina di propria attrezzatura perché non sai mai quanto o cosa potrai trovare in casa. Qui c'è il minimo necessario, troppo poco cmq. Capisco l'impegno economico che servirebbe per renderlo sufficiente, il potenziale lo avrebbe pure, il mare bellissimo vicino, il giardino, l'orto, i ristoranti vicini, ma così com'è non vale assolutamente la cifra richiesta. Peccato perché la casa è in un posto molto bello. Ci sarebbe almeno da - cambiare rubinetti (troppo vecchi e duri da manovrare per una donna) e sciaquone wc (mezz'ora per riempirsi) - letto da cambiare, materasso vecchio e inadeguato, provatelo per credere - rendere l'arredo più funzionale, non bastano per esempio 2 fuochi elettrici, aggiungere qualche sdraio o lettino in giardino - e sopratutto montare un condizionatore, visto che immagino rifare o isolare le terrazze, o allargare le finestre per ricambio d'aria, sia impossibile. Del resto, se fa fa caldo il mese di agosto quando tutti vengono in vacanze e vorrebbero rilassarsi e soprattutto dormire bene, non è un problema del cliente, ma della proprietà. Diffcile anche la comunicazione, per quanto a loro modo carini i proprietari non parlano inglese nemmeno minimamente. Peccato, non ci siamo riposati come avremmo voluto questa volta, per il futuro ci torneremmo pure ma non senza queste minime necessarie migliorie.
