The villa-apartment with most privacy, most outdoor space and the largest pool. It truly feels like a private villa, with its great interior, private pool, gardens, dining area under an architectural pergola with outdoor grill and several terraces (including a covered one if there is too much sun). Perfect for guests seeking privacy and for families. The villa-apartment offers two bedrooms: master with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and separate bathroom.

Discover the island, explore its nature and culture and come back to an elegant, well-designed home. Have a glass of champagne from the in-house wine cellar in your private heated saltwater pool or relax in one of your apartment’s different outdoor spaces: lounge area, the outdoor breakfast table, the outdoor kitchen area under the architectural pergola, etc.
Nested on a hillside between the base of the volcano and the ocean your apartment and terrace offers one of the most stunning view of the whole island: the green north coast with its spectacular sunsets and the massive volcano Teide, to the other side.
The apartment is a separate part of the villa in the very private neighbourhood. Beach and town are only a 3-min drive away. The kids are going to love the small local beach with black sand and a couple small Spanish restaurants right on the ocean and everybody loves the colonial town with its cafés and restaurants. It is a perfect home base to explore the island.

Already included: free Wifi, concierge service, final cleaning, beach/pool & bathroom towels, bathroom amenities, linen, safety box, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher and washing machine tabs, spices in the kitchen. No TV (unless requested for long stays)

The villas are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, a 3 minutes drive from the beach with its restaurants and three minutes up the mountain into town. It is perfectly located for exploring the island and for hiking.

Icod de los Vinos sits right in the center of the emerald coast, known for its wines and colonial architecture. It lays just under the national park with plenty of hiking opportunities. Its beach, with its small restaurants and the coastal residential areas are called San Marcos and this is where Alberto Dorner is located.

Nearby: beach and restaurants, shopping, groceries, golf, tennis, hiking, yachting, colonial town center with cafes, medical facilities, pharmacy.

The south airport is about 1 hour drive away, and the north airport is about a 45 minutes

Villa was perfect
Lovely villa in a quiet location with amazing views. Everything in the villa was perfect, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Heated pool which we used daily. Lots of outside space planted with cactus and potted palms and the staff really took the trouble to ensure everything was ok. We will be staying again for sure.

A Hidden Treasure
We decided to spend 6 weeks of our Canadian winter in Tenerife as opposed to the USA or the Caribbean. Our decision was good one as we had one of the best vacations ever! Our hosts, Kay and Elena are absolutely amazing. They were attentive to our needs and requests, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They are both an excellent resource re Island information such as local restaurants, activities and excursions. We were invited to join Kay in a wine tasting tour, drinking local wines and eating island cuisine.. what a fabulous day! If you like hiking, there are great trails to enjoy with various levels of difficulty. Elena arranged a massage in our home ( outside on the private patio)a couple of times for us and she was excellent! The villa or Apt (we stayed in G), is exactly the way it is shown in the pictures. Actually its even more beautiful than the pics! The villa is clean, with a well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds and fresh high end linens. The beds are advertised as queens but they are bigger than that... more like a king to us. The private pool is clean and kept at a nice temperature. The plants and gardens are beautiful.. adding a tranquil and peaceful feeling. Its very quiet at night and we never heard a noise! The maintenance and cleaning staff were excellent. They are all very professional and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. For example, I requested extra sharp knives because I love to cook often and they were provided to me that afternoon.. AMAZING!! By the end of our 6 weeks, we felt like family and we would highly recommend this amazing destination. Thank you Kay and Elena

Wunderschön, gemütlich, perfekt
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Appartment in San Marcos. Es ist eines der wenigen Appartments, die in der Wirklichkeit noch besser sind als auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist ideal, die Einrichtung erstklassig, in der Küche ist alles da, was der Koch braucht. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und rundum hilfreich mit Tipps über Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den Weinkeller haben wir ganz besonders genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige, grüne Lage mit toller Aussicht!
Wir sind mit zwei Paaren (Altersgruppe 30-40 Jahre) für einen 10-tägigen Urlaub im Superior G-Apartment gewesen. Haben dort einzelne Tage an unserem Privatpool verbracht und Ausflüge unternommen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhe- und Naturfreunde. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld und vor Ort war sehr gut: freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir waren im Juni dort, das Wetter war durchgehend trocken, allerdings meist bewölkt. Mai und Juni gelten wohl als Nebensaison, wir waren die einzigen Gäste in der Anlage. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren Apartments. Der Aufgang zu unserem Appartment führte über eine Außentreppe vorbei an Terrasse und Pool eines anderen Apartments. Die Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Reinigung der Wohnung und des Pools war zuverlässig und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden etwa eine Woche vor Anreise über mögliche Bauarbeiten beim Nachbarn informiert, die uns leider fast jeden Morgen geweckt haben. Trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Anlage definitiv weiter!
