House in the north of Tenerife with private garden in a quiet area and wonderful pool. Privileged location to know the island and very close to the authentic "guachinches". The place is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property is distributed in two floors. The ground floor has kitchen, utility, toilet, lounge / dining room and terrace. The upper floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bath. The property is accessed through a common entrance to the colony with private garage space.

Gut ausgestattete, geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist im Gesamten empfehlenswert, weil gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine fehlt). TV leider nur spanisch jedoch W-LAN fähig. Terrasse hat im Februar nur ca. 4h Sonne. Verkehrsanbindung gut, da in Autobahnnähe. Vermieter (nicht Eigentümer) wohnt direkt daneben, ist jedoch schwer persönlich erreichbar. 2 Elektroheizungen für kühle Tage verfügbar.
