Enjoy a private retreat in the heart of Stonington Borough behind a stately village home. The lower level studio is enhanced by art and a dining/sitting/TV area. 2nd level bedroom accommodates 3 with a queen bed, twin bed, desk/work area, bathroom and air-conditioning. Guests will have access to outdoor seating and a secret garden featured on the Garden Tour. Bedroom level water views overlook Stonington Harbor near the entrance to Fishers Island Sound. Unique shops and restaurants add to the charm of this seaside village ... all just footsteps away. For meal preparation, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot plate and toaster/broiler/oven are provided. TV and Internet included. Two bicycles are available to buzz around the Borough and Beyond!

Nearby DuBois beach, New England Science and Sailing Foundation, and Old Lighthouse Museum are a 5 minute walk. 10 minutes by car to Mystic Seaport and Aquarium; 20 minutes to Watch Hill and the Ocean House. Studio is available May through October only.

Stonington stay

Very quaint historic property, super clean, and within walking distance to the beach, historic light house, downtown shopping, dining, and the harbor is across the street. Fantastic location!

A Sweet Studio

My husband and I enjoyed a week-long stay in the Artist's Studio and, yes, it is as adorable as the pictures show! Deb, our host, was very warm and welcoming, and we loved being surrounded by her artwork. The location was excellent-- just steps away from a handful of excellent eateries. The borough is a lovely and quiet place to walk and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Peace and Quiet

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this lovely property. The birds, bees, and flowers were all enchanting. The hostess charming and helpful! You are surrounded by her lovely art, the sea and the garden. It was a special restorative visit. Thank you.
