About this property

Villa Mediterraneo is located 70 km north of Dubrovnik (about 40 minutes by car) we are in Komarna, a small and peaceful village, an ideal place to enjoy the sea and an excellent starting point for day trips to discover southern Dalmatia: Dubrovnik, Mostar, islands of Mljet, Korcula and Hvar.
The house has a very quiet location with a terraced garden, many sun beds and umbrellas, a shower and a barbecue with a large table where you can sit and eat all together. There are no roads between the house and the sea, it is possible to swim in front of the house, there are pebbles on the seabed. Komarna has 3 pebble beaches, the first one is 80 meters from our villa. All beaches are child-friendly. In the main beach you can rent sunbeds, canoes and pedal boats, a few steps from the house, a children's playground, basketball court and football field.

Apartment A2 is located on the first floor, with direct sea view with terrace:
1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed direct access to the terrace, living room with sofa bed for 2 people and access to the terrace, kitchen with microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV , internet, terrace with chairs and table for 4 people.
Free parking, washing machine in the garage.
In the garden sunbeds, barbecue, outdoor shower, direct access to the sea.

Eine tolle Zeit mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit in der kleinen Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr niedlich, teilweise ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch mit einem wunderbaren Blick! Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett und wir wurden gut umsorgt. Der terrassenförmig angelegte Garten mit Zugang zum Meer ist ein Traum! Hier lässt es sich gut aushalten und wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen! Komarno ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für tolle Ausflüge in der Umgebung! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Très agréable !

L'appartement est très bien positionné, avec la mer au pied de l'immeuble ! Komarna est une petite bourgade très calme, à la fois typique et idéale pour se reposer... L'accueil du propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible pour la moindre requête ou conseil. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Komarna !

Très bonne vacance !

Très agréable et calme nous avons passé de très bonne vacance ! Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très gentils et disponible pour le moindre conseil ou problème. Bien situé avec vu sur la mer, et à environs 1 heure de Dubrovnik. Par contre la voiture est, je pense, indispensable pour des vacances dans ce petit village !

Great stay

We had a wonderful time in Komarna. The apartment was really nice, good double bed, clean and a sea view. Forty odd steps from the property and you reach the sea. We spent many pleasant hours sitting at the sea's edge with our legs in the water. There is a small shop in the village, they sell enough bits and pieces you'll need for your stay. The Croatian version of the sausage roll is a must! If you don't fancy going out for dinner, there is only one place in the village to eat at, then you can get dinner delivered. EUR30 gets you are great meal, just make sure you are hungry. Mostar in Bosnia and Dubrovnik are easily reachable by car. If you want to stay in a small place, away from the crowds then this is the place for you.

I was born in these seaside areas in Opuzen, I fell in love with Komarna and this house as soon as I saw it for its unique location and this large terraced garden that descends towards the sea. All our guests regenerate in direct contact with the sea and nature in complete relaxation.

Why they chose this property

I decided to rent this house because I want to let my guests know the beauties of the southern Dalmatia, the delta of the Neretva and then for the proximity to Dubrovnik, an advantage for those who wants to take day trips combined with days of total relaxation, good food and lots of sea.

What makes this property unique

Undoubtedly the garden terrace with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas places even in the shade of our olive and fig trees, then the barbecue area with a large table for your outdoor evenings where you can enjoy in romantic sunsets.
