About this property

Located in Central Corfu, Villa Oleander is a 4 bedroom detached villa with ample parking, sea views, a large garden, a swimming pool and a BBQ area. This property is perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing with your family by the pool. Villa Oleander is only 12 kilometers to Corfu Airport and Corfu town. Where it is situated, makes it accessible to the west coast and the east coast beaches of Corfu in 5 kilometres. As you enter the main door you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, a microwave, a dishwasher and an American style mirrored fridge. To the left is the lounge area which includes two large sofas, a 42'' television, a fire place and patio doors which lead out to the large balcony. There is two aircon units in the villa. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors, one which leads to the balcony. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. As you come out of the main door there is a double bedroom beneath the balcony which includes an en suite shower room. Towards the right of the villa there is a washing machine room. Villa Oleander is 3 kilometres to Aqua Land Water Park.

Great property

The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos. The pool is a good size. Fantastic views over the surrounding countryside to the coast. Very peaceful surroundings with a number of supermarkets a short drive away. 30 minutes from the airport and Corfu town good central location for exploring the island. A car will be required. Spiros was really helpful and easy to contact and quick to respond should any issue arise. The cleaner and pool guy were also really friendly. There are a couple of cats at the property, but they are no bother at all. Thanks to all involved we had a great time

Nice and cozy villa in quiet area with gorgeous pool and view

We rented this place in July 2019 for us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and we really liked the place. The house is located sort of on top of a hill, therefore giving you a spectacular view of the nearby area and even of the sea in the far distance. The house is like 2.5km off from the main road, with about 800m of dirt road that you have to pass to get to the house (doable with every car). The house is very spacious and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main, first floor. There is another bedroom and bathroom below that we didn't use, so it's plenty of space for a larger group. The interior of the house is done with a nice personal touch, i.e. you notice immediately that this is not a house that is made to be rented out to tourists but it's a personal holiday retreat from someone, which gives it an extra nice touch. The living room is large and nicely decorated with all those large mirrors, which makes you also feel home immediately. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the large table, so we were always sitting outside for breakfast or dinner. There is also a washing machine in the house, which is very convenient. The wireless Internet was working fine and had a good bandwidth/speed, so that was also very good (always important for teenagers ...). There are some neighbors in the area but the next house is like 100m or more away, so don't feel alone but you also feel that you have enough privacy and that you are almost on your own. The pool and the little frontyard is great and we really enjoyed our time at this place. The pick-up of the keys and the drop-off with Spiros was very convenient and very flexible. The only thing we would improve in this house is the kitchen ware, for example put a mixer in there or an upgrade of the silver ware or the glasses, but that is just a minor detail. Other than that, the kitchen was offering everything we needed to cook, which was great. Again, very lovely place that we can only recommend.
