Homeplace Retreat is a beautifully finished cottage located around 45 mins from Belfast, Derry City, North Coast Beaches, Giant's Causeway and Bushmills Distillery. The film locations for Game of Thrones are within 45 mins and the Seamus Heaney Centre is 5 mins away. Fantastic golf courses and superb fishing is withing 15 to 20 minutes away. The house is spacious and peaceful allowing you a restful retreat away from it all or as a perfect base to explore the North of Ireland. Dublin is about 2.5 hours away and Belfast International Airport is about 30 minutes away with Belfast City Airport being 45 minutes away.

Spacious accommodation

Lovely property well maintained and nicely furnished and decorated. Very spacious for the eight of us staying but could have been better furnished for that number. There were only six dining chairs and sofa space for six. Likewise the crockery and kitchen equipment was fairly minimal. We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for trips into Belfast and up to the north coast.

Lovely

We had a wonderful stay. Every thing was nice and clean. Modern and well finished. The owner was prompt to help with any questions we had. It was on kind of a main road that had cars on it early in the morning... but it didn’t bother us. And obviously the vines on the front were at a different season than the picture, but still beautiful (the leaves were just growing in and they were red).

Great Property in Great location to explore

Lovely property in a great location, nice comfy beds and clean. Owner had left a nice welcome pack and very attentive when we had problem with heating. House is very modern , the only minor issue is that it could do with more seating downstairs if you are 8 (dining only 6 chairs)
