This two-story, 1200 sf condo delivers 2 spacious bedrooms. The Castle Mountain BR has a new King size Memory Foam mattress and the Fall River BR has a new Queen size Memory Foam mattress. 2 full baths - Master bath offers a beautifully designed walk-in shower, large double sink stone vanity and an upgraded first floor bath vanity with a shower/whirlpool tub. Upgraded Kitchen with new appliances is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Dining area has a new natural wood table/seating for six. Living area provides a new leather sectional sofa, recliner and natural wood tables. The tasteful mountain decor with hardwood flooring and pine ceilings throughout and gas fireplace adds charm to this relaxing retreat. There is a large deck with outdoor table/seating and a grill for your outside dining. Enjoy surrounding mountain views and listen to the soothing sounds of Fall River, while relaxing on either of our two decks.
This condo is located 1 mile from downtown with an accessible paved trail for walking or biking to town while taking in the natural beauty, the mountain views and scenic fall river - or take the EP free summer shuttle next door at The Wapiti Colorado Pub. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 3 miles away when you are ready for hiking, picnicking and enjoying nature and viewing wildlife.
For your convenience, this condo also provides new ceiling fans, WiFi network has been upgraded to Trailblazer fiber service and provides 500-600 mbps speeds throughout condo, 3 new 43” flat screen HD/4K SMART TVs with basic cable (access your Netflix, Roku, Amazon, HBO Now, Hulu, etc. accounts). The bathrooms are stocked with starter amenities, and the kitchen is stocked with basic essentials. Safeway grocery store is located only 1.5 miles away.

Wonderful and Peaceful

Absolutely loved our stay! It was so relaxing being able to hear the creek and watch all of the animals. We saw Elk, Deer, Turkeys and birds almost everyday of our stay. The condo was well appointed with all the necessities, toiletries and cleaning supplies were all supplied. The Wapiti restaurant next door is a must!

Truly heavenly

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Very well appointed. Beds were comfortable and that’s always important on vacation. Nicely decorated and very homey. Location to downtown Estes as well as RMNP was perfect! We watch a lot of streaming shows so we were able to log into our account on smart tv’s. We would book again in a heart beat!

Estes Park- my happy place

Love coming to Estes Park. This home is so convenient to town, shopping & the park. So nice to sit on patio and listen to the river with a glass of wine.The owners were so nice to arrange for the animals to come to us. The marmot family in the back yard were fun to watch. One afternoon I saw a black bear walking across the river, we left for awhile and when we came back the bear was climbing up a tree on the side of the condo building. After a few hours nap he left. The next morning a big beautiful 6 point elk was having breakfast in the front yard. Accommodations were great- comfortable beds,love the sensor mirror in the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Awesome Condo in Estes Park

This condo was the perfect place for my husband and I! It was far enough away from the busyness of town, but close enough to get there in a couple of minutes, with great proximity to RMNP. The rental was spotless, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The owners have thought of everything, and we were very thankful for all the little extra touches that made this place a great home away from home.

Uly & Mariellen Flores live in Austin, Texas. Uly is an architect and Mariellen has a private counseling practice. Although they love Austin and both find purpose and satisfaction with their careers, they plan on spending more time in Estes soon so they can start enjoying the ideal mountain climate, wonderful natural environment and wildlife and our beautiful home on the banks of Fall River.

Why they chose this property

They love the natural beauty, ever-present wildlife, and great climate, and
of course all the hiking trails. Now that they have more time to spend in the
mountains, they decided to create their home away-from-home by
meticulously re-designing this amazing space. Their plans are to start
spending more time in Estes. In between their extended stays, they want to
share their beautiful home with you, so you too, can experience the beauty
and magic of this place, creating memories that last a life-time.
Jon and Tina Thompson are originally from Texas and have made Estes
Park their home since 2013. They are friends of the owners and provide
local property management and day-to-day administration of this short term
rental. They will assist and coordinate the scheduling of your visit. They are well
informed and eager to share any helpful information and answer any
questions.

What makes this property unique

Location! Location! Location! Estes has the ideal mountain climate,
wonderful natural environment and wildlife, and this beautiful second home
is perfectly located on the banks of Fall River. It is nestled amongst trees
and amidst panoramic Mountain Views. One can safely experience
frequent elk, big sheep horn and other wildlife sightings around the
property, and a family of Marmots lives in the river rock bank - don’t disturb
them or they’ll chirp loudly as a warning.
It is conveniently located 1 mile from town and just 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. Home-cooked meals can be readily prepared in our well-stocked kitchen, or guests can drive or walk into town to a variety of restaurants - or just walk next door to Nicky's Restaurant for casual dining or steaks.
