Welcome to our SUMMER/WINTER house in Capitana, situated at 20 Km from the vibrant city of Cagliari. The home is literally 30m away from the sea, offering a super-relaxing environment. We offer MONTHLY DISCOUNS FROM 25 TO 45% on the normal daily price, to encouurage longer stays. You can connect with an efficient WIFI, perfect for both entertainment (Smart TV, Netflix) and work needs. Enjoy comfort throughout the year with AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING and a FIREPLACE. The house has been upgraded with brand new DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS, ensuring tranquility and energy efficiency. Located along a fantastic coastal road in Sardinia, you'll have access to a variety of top-level beaches to choose from. Two windows in the house provide beautuful sea views. We have a large garden. 2 floors, large basement for storage. Large dining area, where two French doors give to the garden. Patio, barbecue. The open-space kitchen is fully renovated and equipped with modern amenities including an induction cooker, extractor, solid wood table, oven, built-in fridge-freezer, and dishwasher for six people.
The living room has a sofa-bed and a sofa with three seats in front of fireplace and brand new SMART TV 43'' with Netflix. The two bedrooms upstairs have both air conditioning and heating. One room has access to a veranda, including a washing machine. The bathroom has been also recently completely renovated to the highest standards. It has a large and stylish shower cabin, a sink is on a solid wood top, a bidet. The floor is made of checkerboard tiles, very characteristic. On the ground floor there is also a great outdoor shower with hot water.

A due passi dal mare

Piacevole scoperta Villa Capitana, immersa in un giardino di pini e oleandri a pochi metri da un magnifico mare con spiaggie di sabbia, ciotoli e sassi in un'ampia baia sempre a misura di uomo anche in agosto. Casa spaziosa e super attrezzata con patio arredato e sempre ombreggiato. Comodissima doccia coperta esterna e parcheggio davanti casa. Sono stati 15 splendidi gg di vacanze con amici all'insegna del mare, natura e relax. Ringrazio il proprietario Andrea per la gentilezza e disponibilità.

Family reunion

It was a nice property However you needed to drive for everything and no strolling in the evening in town too far away The property lacked a few things ie clock anywhere Side Tables in The living room we needed to Use the floor I had to cut many branches off the bushes outside as we couldn’t get in and out of the car in the parking area

Great Stay!

The house was very well equipped and communication with Andrea was easy and prompt. The check in/check out processes were more thorough than many other VRBO stays that we've had and was really appreciated. The location is about 50 yards from a nice, rocky beach, The location also provided some nice restaurants and grocery stores within 10 minutes and drives to Cagliari and Villasimius were easy.

Me and my family are from Cagliari (in Sardinia) and I love the sea of my island and our house in Capitana. It is a place where you can relax totally, with the wind blowing through the windows and the noise of the waves in the night. You will experience that, if you spend some time at the house.
