With dual two-level suites and a large breezeway separating either side, this unique dogtrot-style cabin provides two couples with lots of privacy, and combines old-world Texas living with the perks of modern conveniences. The enormous front porch provides two separate seating areas, each stocked with rockers, tasteful decor, and creates a pleasant setting for vacationers to enjoy the fresh Texas air. The dogtrot breezeway serves as an ideal spot for the whole group to come together for dining each evening. A farm-style table, plenty of seating, ornate overhead lighting, and two decorative carpets keep this space cozy. This is a great place for entertaining at any time of day. In the first suite, Bear Cabin, antique artwork, and furnishings are found throughout. The living room has a comfy leather sofa and a warm, inviting feel. Quiet reading, board games, and romantic nights beside the fire are encouraged. Its large bathroom is rustic in design and luxurious in functionality. Contemporary fixtures, fine linens, and a large jetted tub with help you relax during your stay. Light some candles for an evening soak.

Similarly, the second suite Will's Cabin has a charming living room decorated in period antiques, oriental rugs, and comfortable furnishings. This room has a small table, perfect for candlelight meals. This suite also boasts a full bathroom with a large jetted tub, and an authentic design and feel. Each suite comes with an efficient kitchenette. Feel free to bring home local goods from the weekly farmers market - you'll have access to a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. The bedrooms are unique with thoughtful detail. However, each is triple-sheeted in fine linens and topped with down comforters. Cable TV is provided in each room, and you will have lots of storage, privacy, and comfort while staying in this inviting cabin getaway.

We're excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels worldwide. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally, a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the number of beds available.
The fireplace is not operational.
Internet access is not offered at this home.
Stairs separate the living area from the bedroom/bathroom.
Charcoal BBQs are not allowed on the property.
Children under 17 are not allowed at this property due to safety hazards associated with an unfenced pool nearby.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
