The two apartments have a large living room, an open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has an extra pull-out couch, 2 large bathrooms, a ski room, a covered private terrace and 2 parking spaces (carport + parking space).

St. Michael im Lungau in Salzburgerland offers 3 ski areas in the immediate vicinity. The Grosseck / Speiereck ski area is just a few minutes' walk from the house, a snow-sure winter sports area in Mauterndorf at the foot of Obertauern with a total of 50 kilometers of slopes, while the areas Aineck / Katschberg with 17 lifts and 80 kilometers of slopes, Obertauern with 26 lifts and 100 kilometers of slopes and Fanningberg , a small ski area in Weißpriach with 30 kilometers of slopes is also located a short distance from the house. The rest of the year the area offers countless opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, summer toboggan runs, golf and tennis.

The ski bus is only 140 m from the house. There are plenty of shopping options for your daily needs right in town, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Schönes Haus mit Verbesserungspotential
Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet- eine ehemalige Scheune, die unter Erhalt der alten Treppe und etwas Altholz geschmackvoll umgebaut wurde. Die eigentlich recht nahe Tauernautobahn nimmt man nicht wahr und hört man auch kaum. Die Betten sind gut , die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, wenn auch nicht immer ganz ergonomisch angeordnet. Es gab eigentlich nur einen Kritikpunkt: Als wir ankamen, war das Haus mehrere Tage unbewohnt gewesen und ziemlich kalt. Die Heizung stand auf kleinster Stufe und es dauerte , da es eine Fußbodenheizung ist , relativ lange, bis die Räume auf Temperatur waren. Ungefähr zur Schlafenszeit, wenn man es eigentlich gern wieder etwas kühler hat, war das Haus dann warm, und zwar , da die Wärme nun mal nach oben steigt, besonders die Schlafzimmer. Es hat dann etwas gedauert, bis wir raushatten, wie man über den Tag ein angenehmes Raumklima schafft. Ein moderat vorgeheiztes Haus, das es neuen Gästen erspart, erstmal an der Heizung zu drehen wäre nett gewesen. Auch scheint die Brauchwassertemperatur über den Tag heruntergeregelt zu werden. Nach einem langen Tag auf Skiern freuten wir uns auf eine warme Dusche und hatten nur lauwarmes Wasser. Vielleicht lags auch daran, dass in 2 Bädern gleichzeitig geduscht wurde, aber das sollte ja eigentlich möglich sein. Nach mehreren Tagen sahen wir, wie die kleine Pension gegenüber vom Bäcker Kerschagger beliefert wurde Ein Hinweis auf den Brötchenservice der im Ort gelegenen Bäckerei an der Pinwand wäre eine gute Idee.

Sehr einfacher Umfang, gut gepflegt. Einzig die Abflussentlüftung in den Bädern ist bauseitig nicht gut gelöst und es fehlt die Bereitstellung der LungauCard, wie sonst üblich in der Region.
