Wedding
My family stayed at this house for a wedding at Cooper Rose Ranch. We had six staying at this house and we were all very comfortable. It is a great house to get together with your family. Nels was very accommodating with all our requests. Would stay at this house again!

Great cabin
Owners were easy to work with. The cabin actually exceeded our expectations as for size, comfort and location. My son and grandson actually saw a small cinnamon bear in the back.

Great week in Livingston
This cabin was perfect for our family! Tons of space, everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and overall a cabin I would live in fulltime! As others mentioned, we enjoyed seeing the family of deer each night and my husband was lucky enough to see a moose early one morning! We also loved being greeted into the neighborhood by the family of horses and donkey. Nels was a wonderful host with great communication! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Montana experience
This beautifully appointed home exceeded my expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice! The owners are perfect hosts! The home is so convenient to everything, including the river. When we return to Livingston, we hope we will be able to stay there again!

Great stay in Livingston, MT
VRBO was as advertised, fully equipped and lovely. The only thing not mentioned was the cute deer family that came to visit every morning and that I needed more apples. The owner even stopped by with granddaughters to see if we needed anything. Wonderful stay!

My husband and I live on the ranch he was born on, north of Wilsall, 35 mi north of Livingston. We both work in Livingston and love the Yellowstone River and Livingston area. We are very involved in community service and local functions and attend local art and theater offerings.

Why they chose this property

This is a very comfortable small home, with views, access to skiing, on the river, walking to town, restaurants, galleries, and boutique shopping.

What makes this property unique

This location is perfect for travel to Yellowstone National Park, Glacier National Park, Bozeman, and Livingston. We are on the Yellowstone River with private fishing access, close proximity to the city park and downtown Livingston. We have WIFI, cable TV, telephone for local calls. Kitchen is fully equipped for a guest dinner party or for a few. BBQ is natural gas, so you never run out! Fireplace in great room is also natural gas.
