Why Marco Bevivino chose Sermoneta
These apartments belong to a medieval court of 1400 that my father has completely foreign tourists at the beginning of 2010 ask me to stay for a week or more in one apartment because they loved the combination 'past and modern' and the relaxing view that offered the so day by day I have improved this hobby of "accomodate people" and today thanks to our competence in welcoming guests and thanks to the high quality of the apartments, our structure is reccomended in the Novembere 2011 issue of 'Bell'Italia', one of the most famous italian magazine of tourism.

A great stay in many ways . . . .
The property and management are first rate. Close to much history, many cultural attractions and natural beauty. Strong management and communication with the owner. Phenomenal views. A remarkable value. Would return; strongly recommend.
thank you so much for your review. Your words are very kindly and deeply important for me. I hope you will come back soon to try my little SPA. Say hello to Linda.
Grazie di cuore
This apartment has well proportioned rooms. The bedrooms are a good size and has a lovely big kitchen/dining area. The view from the large balcony over the Pontine plain towards the mediterranean sea is stunning - no better place to watch the sun go down! Sermoneta is a beautiful peaceful village with a good choice of restaurants. Our host, Marco, was so welcoming ,speaks very good english and give us lots of useful advice re travelling into Rome etc and things to do in the area. A lovely place to rest and realax.
Spectacular views in a modern apartment
A recently renovated apartment within a traditional hilltop Italian village. Amazing view from the terrace over Latina and the coast and just a short walk into the village with restaurants, bakery, fruit and veg shop and a few souvenir shops.
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable, although the kitchen equipment was quite limited. The apartment is located on top of a steep hill and a hire car will be necessary as the main supermarket and pool are located at the bottom of the hill.
Marco was extremely helpful, friendly and spoke fantastic English. He was happy to help with any issues and gave great recommendations.
The pool was great, very clean with toilets and a bar selling refreshments and we mostly had the pool to ourselves (however it is shut on Mondays).
We would highly recommend a stay at the apartment to enjoy real the Italian lifestyle.
thank you for your review on my apartment. I am happy you had a comfortable stay in Sermoneta. Thank you for your suggestion regarding the kitchen's fornitures. Say hello to Robert and Anna.
Great stay in Sermoneta
Marco is a great host, very good personal contact and really helpful. Spacious appartement, well appointed and superb view of the valley. Swimming pool at agriturismo very nice, just a very short drive and well worth the effort.
Thank you for your review. I hope to see you again :)
Nice apartment in a beautiful medieval town.
We stayed in Marco's apartment for two weeks during our summer holiday. The reason why we wanted to stay in that area is that we were looking for a place close to Rome (about an hour by car, 40 minutes by train), but it turned out to be much more. Sermoneta is a lovely little medieval town. There are some nice restaurants, but make sure to ask for a menu of let Marco make the reservation.. Some think tourists are goldmines... There are some nice beaches around: we went to Sabaudia a couple of times. If you are a cyclist: Sermoneta is on a challenging hill! The apartment itself is great: everything you need. The airconditioning is wonderful because it can be pretty hot and the view from the terrace is stunning. Marco is an excellent host: always ready to help if needed and he has many good tips for the area and for restaurants: very social guy and we like him a lot. All in all: more than lovely stay.
Sermoneta is a village of the Lepini Mountain Range parallel to the ancient Pontine marshes, and with views of the glorious Mediterranean sea, a short drive away. A half hour’s train ride from Rome, or an hour and a half by car along the ancient Appian Way; a trip to Sermoneta is a pleasure in itself. Great beaches and beach resorts only 25 minutes away are an added bonus. The town has changed little since its medieval conception, and the enormous fortress of Caetani Castle looms over and dominants the town and the valley below. The castle is now run by the Roffredo Caetani Foundation, which was created by Lelia Caetani in honour of her illustrious family. Today, the castle hosts courses, seminars, and prestigious concerts. There are concerts in July in the castle by well-known musicians and orchestras, and festivals in May, and other cultural events through the year.
Open air restaurants and bars make for easy summer living. Winters in cosy interiors are an equal delight.
Other Activities: Abundant History, Art, and Culture, & Music Festivals.
