Situated on the edge of the Solterra gated resort community, with views over the meadows, it offers an ideal vacation retreat – a blend of sun-soaked fun and serene comfort in a stunning villa after an eventful day at the parks.

A highlight of our home is the expansive pool area, one of the largest in the community, providing an excellent spot for basking in the sun, enjoying the pool or spa, or unwinding under the lanai with a TV or a meal freshly prepared on the BBQ – epitomizing the best of Florida's outdoor lifestyle. Engage in the fun of our game room, or relax while watching movies or playing cards in the loft.

Should you decide to explore beyond this home away from home, a level stroll takes you to the community pool area where you can delight in the Lazy River, slide down the water slide, participate in activities, play tennis, work out in the gym, or simply unwind.
Beautifully furnished, the spacious accommodation has been designed with both luxury and comfort in mind. Hard floors throughout make spills any easy clean up and Fast Secure WIFI throughout the home, together with Smart TV's will keep you in touch with family and allow streaming of your favourite programmes.

The spacious living accommodation has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, light and very spacious living areas and a game room for your further enjoyment. Decorated with style and comfort in mind, our home is comfortable for large or small groups.

As you enter your home from home, you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a spacious island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals or relax watching TV.

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group! The large table can seat up to 18 so all the family/friends can gather. You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and even muffin cases if you fancy baking! Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cool box for the patio or taking on a trip out. It really is a home from home experience!
The luxuriously appointed living area, one of two in the home, features a large 65” tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable leather sofas.

As you walk out of the living area to a large, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. The very large extended deck as amazing south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation.

Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque and even an outdoor TV!

On the ground floor there is a tropical inspired Master king Suite with Master Bathroom with large walk-in shower, and 2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area.

As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large 65” TV and poker table, this second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with Master Bath/shower, 2 spacious king bedrooms with ensuites with shower, 1 queen ensuite with shower and 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!

All our Bedrooms feature very comfortable pillow top beds, with luxury linens and their own TV - bathrooms have lots of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer.

The whole home features either tile or luxury vinyl plank floors to take away the worry of little spills and make clean ups a breeze.

Our home is air conditioned throughout, including the Games Room, featuring pool, air hockey and foosball, TV, arcade machine and gaming area with X-Box

Your rental includes free secure Wi-Fi, USA/Canada calls.
For the little ones we have 2 baby cribs, pack and play and highchairs (3rd available) and stair gates. All doors to our pool area are alarmed and a pool fence which is set up when kiddies staying.
The Gas BBQ is included in your rate provided - we do ask that it is cleaned ready for our next guests on your departure

The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months June-Sept spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.

Your rental also includes use of the fabulous Solterra community facilities - The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volley ball and Childrens play area. All this within a few minutes’ walk of our home. Please note the Community make a one time charge of $35-45 to use the community facilities during your stay - this is included in your rate and we will refund to you.

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its - depending on traffic - about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic.
There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - with many new Restaurants at Champions Gate

Our home is pet friendly - We allow pets up to 2 dogs by arrangement (additional fee $100 per stay for 1 or 2 dogs - not each)

Solterra Resort gated community is ideally located, just 5 minutes off the I4 with easy access to the Parks – Disney can be reached in about 20 minutes (12 miles) , there are many Golf courses in the area and restaurants and shopping nearby.

Included in your rental cost – a level short walk away from our homes – is the fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, a Lazy River, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered sitting area for when the sun gets too warm.

There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating area. The Pool Cafe Bar is now open for daytime refreshments. Pool side activities and Evening events are posted at the Club House.

Further facilities include a kiddie play area, Tennis and Volly Ball court – for those who want to keep up with their fitness routines the Gym is fully equipped and air conditioned.

Solterra is a favourite with our guests – our villas with private pool are overlooking conservation and are a real home away from home.

Champions Gate with shops, publix supermarket and an increasing number of eateries is only 5 minutes away. Favourites are Millers, Chillis, First Watch, Panera Bread, you will also find Olive Garden, Fords Garage, Longhorn Steak House, Wendys, Italian, Tai, Chinese, Mexican and more! so you wont be sort of somewhere to eat!

Busch Gardens is just over an hour away and the beaches another 30 minutes. Kennedy Space Centre around an hour & Lego Land is around 40 minutes.
