Vacation with multiple families

The property is set up great to vacation with multiple adults/ older kids- because 4 out of the 5 bedrooms are spacious that have their own en suites. The property fit our needs for our family vacation - it was clean, had a great patio pool area, plenty of space for gathering or taking a break from each other, the on site care taker host was responsive to all of our questions. The property is located appx 2 miles within a secured gated community so you don’t have a car then you have to use Pulmanias, Taxis and Uber. Once you reach the main gate - you are in the hotel zone. The security process for entrance and exit of the community can be cumbersome at 1st. Once we figured out how to order transportation to make it through the security booths we had no problems at all.

Wedding to Remember

We stayed 5 days at Villa De La Rosa and got married at the house. The house was amazing, and offered some very special photographs of the wedding party. Ramona was a good cook. Iguanas provided some interesting visitors. Getting in and out of the El Cid Country Club wasn't too difficult. I was a little concerned because the house required a $2000 security deposit, even with the extra property insurance that I paid for as well. You hear lots of horror stories about getting your security deposits back from overseas rentals of this type. The process to get my security deposit back was easy and quick...took about 7 days total. If you have a special occasion, I would recommend this property. We felt safe, and the beds were very comfortable.

Great Villa with everything you need,10 of us were very comfortable here

Villa is huge and has everything a large group needs,Property manager Dale is a gentleman and most helpfull.He gave us a ride to wallmart after we arrived. Villa is in a very secure gated community so getting in and out in taxis is tricky . We had several ubers cancel. I preferred to walk less than 10 mins to the north gate and hail down a car. Our advice to anyone staying at the villa is get to know a local driver with decent English and use him exclusively for your stay . Taxis must use main Gate at El Cid Moro. Mazatlan is awesome Irish family

What makes this property unique

The Villa sits on an ocean waterway. Every day you can see fish and birds in the water and it is very relaxing to sit outside or watch from the house. The Villa is close to Soriana market and this is a huge grocery store. The Gold Zone is out at the front gate and there are many things activities that you can participate in from that area.
