Luxurious 9th floor west corner penthouse unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and Little Lagoon from your master bath.

Caribbean #804 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings, windows in every room being a west corner unit, and it has a reserved covered parking space right by the elevator lobby.

Once you arrive you can back your car up right to the elevator and unload the family. You have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets; 600+ thread count and extra plush towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors (including bedrooms), granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new King mattresses, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2. No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

This is a great condo. The views are spectacular as is the location. Only reason for 4 stars is the mattresses need replacing. If we slept better it would have been perfect!

Great place to stay if you have pets.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. A few things that weren’t the greatest, first was the water pressure every 3-4 minutes the pressure would go to a trickle. I did notify the property mgmt and he said it was fixed the night before we left. Which we could tell because the next morning it was much better. Second we traveled with our fur baby and I worried all along she would bark and cause a disturbance but she did great. The first night she barked a couple of times when the elevator would land on our floor which was the 8th floor, the top floor. Maybe the elevator needs to be looked at since it does make a popping noise when it would stop on whatever floor it was supposed to. The bad thing is the main bedroom is right across from the entry door so you do hear a lot of the comings and goings of the other on your floor and again can hear the elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. And was an awesome kitchen at that. I have it five stars on everything except the cleanliness. I think the people who clean could do a better job. But that is my opinion. We would stay there again especially since we travel with my fur baby.

We live in Gulf Shores and love the area. We have 4 children; Emma, Lachlan, Lennox, and Piper that love the beach and pools. We are not far away and enjoy staying at Caribbean when other families are not enjoying it. It has been such a joy owning this unit and being able to share it with other families throughout the year. And it has been a fun journey renovating; making it a truly luxurious, high-end destination

Why they chose this property

We like the low density of only 32 units but all the amenities of a larger complex. Also the 9' ceilings which give it a larger feel than many of the other condos in the area.

Low density with a salt water indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, fitness center, grill area, covered reserved parking space, and unobstructed western views down the beach.
