You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The custom built dining table seats 12 comfortably with additional seating for 6 at the huge kitchen bar.

The Garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring hard wood floors, high end leather furniture, a pool table, Foosball, ping pong, darts, and a large Flat screen TV!

The 6th Bedroom functions as a bunk room, but also doubles as a comfortable TV Lounge featuring a massive flat screen TV with Dish, DVD, surround sound and a wet bar with microwave.

Just outside the great room is a comfortable outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of the many Suncadia parks.

BEDROOMS:
The Chalet features 5 Bedrooms all with King Beds. Four of the 5 Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One of the King Master Suites also has a Queen Hide-a-Bed. The 6th Bedroom features a Queen over a Queen Bunk and a Full over a Full Bunk. The home boasts 5 elegant tile bathrooms.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
