Queen size Beds (2) on second floor, Also on the second floor is the "bunk room" which contains the following... A bunk bed which has a Double Bed (1) on the bottom with a single bed above, there are also 2 single beds and a sleep sofa in this large room. Baby Cribs (2) 2 pack and play cribs available, There is also another Sleep Sofa in the loft (1) ,
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter: 30
- House to be left the way it was found. Dishes cleaned and put away,furniture returned to it's original location.
- Renter is responsible for refills on propane if needed for the grill. (Back injury has made this impossible for owner.)
- If children are part of the group I respectfully ask that they know that this is my home ( not the Holiday Inn)and needs to be treated with respect.

Penninsula Art School only 20 minutes away. 'Hands On' Art studio ( my grandkids favorite place to go....even on a sunny day!) about 30 min away. Savory Spoon cooking school is right across the street! The Clearing Folk School is about 1/2 mile north of my home.

My name is Lyn and I have been vacationing in Ellison Bay since I was 2 months old! God did some of his best work up here and once you try it you will be hooked. Beginning in June 2021 I may or may not be in residence in the artist living quarters/studio which are in a wing off the east side of the home. The remainder of the home will be entirely for your private use. New, lower rates have been adopted to reflect this change.

Why Owner chose Ellison Bay
Proximity to the village was a major "must have" for me..As a traveler myself I hate having to hop in the car every time I need something from the grocery...or I want to go out to breakfast...or head to the marina. I love screened-in porches so I added a HUGE screened-in porch and a 3rd floor with a big deck to allow for a water view and presto!! I was in paradise. We are walking distance to our favorite restaurant and the grocery. There is a marina about a block away and also lots of cute shops and other restaurants within walking distance.
What makes this House unique
The rear porch overlooks a large yard with beautiful flowers and enough room for badmitton or other yard games. The most important thing to know though is that this is NOT a 'bare bones' rental property. This is my home and equipped with all the ammenities for anything you might need. We also have 2 pack and plays...2 bumper guards for little one's beds...toys...videos...wifi...you name it. I can also get you 'hooked up' with the best fishing guides in Door County. I m also available for babysitting should the need arise.
