About this property

This condo is gorgeous with oceanfront views and brand new floors, furniture and beds. It is located in the Wyndham resort which has 7 pools, 11 hot tubs, two lazy rivers, restaurant, tiki bar, arcade, two gift shops, fitness, lakes, fountains, bridges, etc.

The condo is in the best location. It is centrally located between North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach so you have easy access to both. It is two miles from Barefoot Landing (5 minutes) which is a highly popular area with lakes, bridges, shops, restaurants, entertainment and fun!

Looking for some outdoor activities? Golfers love to stay here where there are 19 courses and clubs within a 30 minute drive. You can also choose to walk around eclectic shops at Broadway at the Beach or enjoy dinner with a show at Pirates Voyage. The Tanger Outlet stores are one mile away. For all your supplies and groceries, the new Wal-Mart Superstore is also just one mile away.

The Wyndham resort is upscale and the grounds are simply beautiful, all at the ocean front. It is right off the highway so access is easy and you won't be delayed by traffic.

There is a brand-new washer and dryer in the condo and a laundry room just down the hall outside the condo if you want to do more than one load at a time.

There are lots of fun things on the beach within an easy walk. There is the pier, more tiki bars and restaurants, and the Hilton, on one side, and a state park on the other so whether you want entertainment or a quiet beach walk, you have a choice!

We have a 7 night minimum in the summer.

We spend a lot of time at Myrtle due to travel sports and this was a great place for us! The resort has something for every age, the beds were super comfy, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (a mom's dream). It was stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella perfect for our family. The location was perfect, close to outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Unit needs updated

This is our 2nd year staying at Seawatch Our family absolutely loves this resort! This unit needed some updates, The refrigerator leaked the entire time, the microwave worked half the time, the comforter had blood stains on it! Other then that it was enjoyable and relaxing!!! We were thankful for the extra pillows and blankets & beach gear Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Very Nice Beacfront Location

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was just steps from the beach. The place was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The property owner quickly responded to an issue we had with a broken lock. It was fixed within a day. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great family vacation!

This unit was amazing! The views of the balcony are truly special. Most of the large property faces some of the pools and also the water, but this unit faces just the beach. We heard the waves coming in all day and night. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very well stocked to be able to buy groceries and cook meals there/bring snacks down to the beach! There’s a super Walmart just about a mile away if you choose to do that. Otherwise, there is any kind of restaurant, shopping, and entertainment within short driving distances all around. A huge highlight for our family was having beach chairs and sand toys available for our use, as we flew and couldn’t pack them😄 The pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers in the property offered so many options for staying busy. The beachfront is also busy and we jumped waves for hours. A nice tip if you’re a runner like me, if you walk along the beach about 1/2 mile north, it opens up with no other properties-just beach grass for another 1.5 miles or so, allowing a gorgeous, quiet space to run or walk and experience a pristine ocean view. We rarely visit the same place twice, but if we did, we would come back and stay here in a heartbeat! Thanks for the amazing week.

Beautiful view

Nice place... it was quiet and comfortable. The only thing needing fixed is the guest bathroom did not work for a bath, only a shower. Something is wrong with the drain switch, it couldn't fill tub up. I would recommend people bring their own coffee maker and blender ( if you need one) too. However, the place was clean and the owner communicated everything in a timely fashion. Both lazy rivers were not working during our stay ( one worked for a day :) - so my kids were a little disappointed in that but the pools are very nice. Thanks for letting us stay in your condo.

Hello, We are Katherine and Gary, from North Carolina. We recently bought this property always dreaming of a place to call home on the beach. Our two daughters and son have been visiting this area for quite awhile and decided that we finally needed to settle in the place we liked most.

Why they chose this property

The moment we saw this unit, I fell in love with the unique view and peacefulness, even though it was in a family resort. This condo is unique in that there are resort pools so close, but no matter how loud it gets, you can't hear anything from the room or deck. All you hear is the soothing ocean.
Although we haven't been able to use it much yet, we want to extend our new home to you and your family/friends. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.
