The Apartment
The apartment may be accessed via the main and annexe doors. There is a door bell with entry phone system on the annexe door and a reserved slot for parking in the open carpark next to the building.

Residents are free to use:
• the pool, sauna/steam room and gym during permitted hours and
• club facilities which include a comfortable bar and lounge area with card tables and board games and a small library and a Business Office; and the ski/boot storing area and a communal laundry room with card operating use in the basement. Linen and towels supplied.

There is a no smoking and no pets policy throughout the building.
