Comfortable holiday home on the first floor, with two double bedrooms with private bathroom and a bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, kitchen and dining table. Ideal house for three couples or a family, to stay in full comfort. Free use of outdoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, parasols, sun loungers, bicycles, barbecue, Wi-Fi. Top location for vacation, beach, various beach and other leisure facilities are within walking distance within minutes.
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).

Free access to the pool, hot tub, sun loungers, parasols, bicycle use, free public parking near the house or near the apartment, barbecue, public playground near the house.
It is possible to do various boat or coach trips. The place is ideal for surfing and other water sports, nearby are available tennis courts, golf courses, horseback riding, bike rental, boat hire and more, pay-per-view rates, ideal area for cyclists . Nearby there is the famous La Parenzana cycle path.

* On arrival you have to pay in cash the registration € 7 per person only on the first day.
* Deposit is paid on site 150 €, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.

Schöner Pool aber sonst nichts Besonderes

Die Wohnung besticht durch den Pool , weist aber viele Mängel auf. Die Ausstattung war eine Katastrophe. Die Küche war viel zu klein und es fehlte so viel an Tellern, Besteck , Toaster, Schere, dass es schwer möglich war für sechs Leute zu kochen. Der Check in war eine Massenabfertigung, wir bekamen kaum Infos und würden angewiesen den Hausmeister zu fragen, wenn etwas ist. Fehlende Waschmaschine und fehlende Spülmaschine nervten, aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte drei Bäder und drei Fernseher, aber alles war ohne Atmosphäre und Gemütlichkeit. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber aber etwas alt und die Spülung war defekt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren okay. Man ist auch in fünf Minuten am Strand und in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Umgebung ist sehr touristisch und hat uns nicht sehr begeistert.

Gute Lage und sauber

Die Ferienwohnung liegt gut und nahe am Strand. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas knapp gehalten. Zum Kochen haben wir teilweise unser Campinggeschirr dazugenommen. Einziger echter Kritikpunkt sind die Fahrräder. Diese befinden sich größtenteils in sehr schlechtem zustand und sind gefährlich.
