Casa Giovanna is a small and ancient house in Ostuni in the first row on the sea, 20 meters from a small white sand beach.
This old fisherman's house, a few steps from the water, is composed of a living room, a kitchenette, a small bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a high barrel vault, in which there is the possibility of adding a cot for put a baby to sleep.
The location of this apartment is enchanting, allowing guests to find themselves directly on the sea enjoying every magical sunrise and romantic sunset.
In Giovanna's house, for guests' use, there are: 2 beaches and an umbrella, a 24" Full HD LED TV, free WIFI internet, ceiling fan, bed linen, bath and kitchen linen, complete crockery.

Our well-kept home can accommodate up to 3 people, but is perfect for a couple who wants to relax on the beaches of upper Salento and among the villages of the Itria Valley. It enjoys a strategic position to visit all the most beautiful cities of Puglia: Cisternino, Alberobello, Lecce, Polignano a mare, Monopoli etc.

In the context of Villanova, the area in which the house is located, there are all the services available: mini-market, greengrocer, fishmonger, focacceria, sandwich shop, pub etc.

Vacanze ostuni

Siamo subito stati accolti calorosamente con taralli e acqua fresca dopo il lungo viaggio. La casa fronte mare arricchita di affreschi e dettagli graziosi,il rumore delle onde hanno fatto da cornice a tutto ciò che già il luogo offre naturalmente di per se. Grazie alla guida che ci ha fornito Filomena abbiamo anche potuto andare sul sicuro su luoghi e locali in cui andare . Da ritornarci sicuramente

Apri la porta e.....il mare!

Soggiorno bellissimo! Avere la possibilità di aprire la porta di casa e avere il mare a due passi è un esperienza assolutamente da fare. E poi che mare!!! L'appartamento piccolo, ma grazioso. La particolarità di essere una ex casa di pescatori, ma ristrutturata e arredata con gusto dalla signora Filomena, la rende unica.Un grazie particolare alla signora Filomena davvero gentile e super disponibile! Insomma se sarà possibile ci ritorneremo certamente!

Marco and Filomena were so helpful and lovely. The cottage is in a wonderful situation, looking out to sea and a short hop from the beach. Great food and bar so close too. We managed without a car but the bus service improves from July 1st. The little port of Villanova has just enough, all in walking distance. Ostuni is gorgeous too. We highly recommend to anyone who just wants to relax and feel at home in a genuine and beautiful place.
