About this property

Very bright and modernly designed 3-level villa with beautiful views from all parts of the house, that is part of a private, gated estate.
Villa Marilia is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the endless blue and the evergreen mountains of Arcadia. It has a private pool, small garden and stone fence.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each one with 2 single beds, large wardrobes and direct access to the pool area. There are also, a bathroom and a small hall.
The second level consists of the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals with panoramic view of the sea, the mountain and the pool. The kitchen is set in an open plan living room with a fireplace and a balcony with sea and pool view.
On the third floor you will find the master bedroom. It has a double bed, large wardrobes, private bathroom and balcony with beautiful sea and pool view.

Enjoy moments with your family or friends at the villa's private, stone-paved, swimming pool area, which is surrounded by beautiful sea and fir-tree view.

The house has 2 parking spaces, at a distance of about 40 steps from the entrance of the house. You will reach the parking area from a private high heel road in the estate.
The access to the sea and the 2 beaches near the settlement is almost direct, as it is only a five minutes walk. There, you will enjoy your swim in the blue cristal waters and sunbathe on the beautiful beach. Definitely, you may discover the beaches of the surrounding area, such as Tigani, Kiveri, Karathona, Tolo, Drepano and Kandia.

The location of the residence is very convenient, as it is outside (5 min. driving) the villages of Kiveri and Xiropigado, just 20 minutes from the beautiful Nafplion and the oldest town of Europe-Argos and wonderful Astros. The distance from Athens is 2 hours.
Furthermore, you can easily visit the tourist and archaeological sites of the area, such as the Ancient Theater of Epidavros, Mycenae, Porto Heli, Spetses island etc. Also if you love wines, visit local wineries in the region of Nemea or outside of Argos and enjoy a wine tasting experience. Definitely you will enjoy the meditarranean cuisine-plenty of local taverns and restaurants.
