S'Erisal is a private villa situated in the picturesque village of Fornalutx, 3 minutes walk from the Fornalutx main square and 10 minutes by car away from Soller and Port de Soller, in Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site, Mallorca.

This beautiful finca offers a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, so it sleeps 6 in total. The property includes four acres of land (16.000 m2) with a partly enclosed garden terrace, pool terrace, yoga terrace, and fruit orchard. The remaining land is comprised of olive groves grazed by sheep overlooking Fornalutx. Wherever you turn you are met by rare privacy and stunning views.

The village of Fornalutx, named one of the most beautiful towns in Spain, is a 3 minute walk down the hill from S'Erisal, and there you will find a handful of cafes/bars and restaurants, a food store, a weekly local farmer's market, and a small bakery/patisserie. 10 minutes further downhill from Fornalutx is Biniaraitx and a few minutes past it, the larger town of Soller, with plenty of shops, supermarkets and also a farmers market.

The beach and port in Puerto de Soller is full of wonderful restaurants, beach lounging and activities, and it is only 10 minutes away by car.

This is an unforgettable place in one of the most beautiful places around.

It comes well equipped , is comfortably furnished and has plenty of areas on different levels to relax in sun or shade.
Only a few minutes walk into the village to the lovely cafes, bakery, mini market and restaurants means you needn't use a car.
There are stunning walks in all directions and the charming market town of Soller or its Port are only a short drive away.
We definitely would consider staying here again as it is probably one of the loveliest villas in the area that we have stayed at.

Luxury Property

Architecturally stunning property! Well appointed and relaxing. With fans going at night the lack of AC was not an issue our first week in July. Very private. Love the sounds of the surrounding village, clock tower chimes, bells on sheep/goats, chickens and neighborhood peacock. Did not hear them at night with the fans. Fresh spring water on walk to town. Mosquitoes are present throughout island but not bothersome sleeping with fan. Get the narrow rental vehicle for the island. We traveled to various points of interest during the day, this stunning villa with olive grove and fruit trees was a wonderful place to come home in the evenings.

Loved our stay, we didn't realize they didn't have any A/C. Wish they had some mini-splits to make it more comfortable. The view was incredible. Loved that they had a collection of tablecloths etc to set the table!

Fantastic!

We had such a great time - the property is lovely and the surrounding terraces with pool - and fig, olive and almond trees are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of Fornalutx and the mountains. Miguel was the perfect host, accommodating our late arrival, giving us a great tour of the place and advising us on the local area. We will return...
