Familienurlaub

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem als Familie mit Baby und Jugendlichen. Als Hinweis an den Gastgeber, einige Dinge im Sanitärbereich müssten mal saniert/repariert werden. Da unsere Woche heiße Außentemperaturen hatte, wären Klimaanlagen nicht schlecht gewesen.

Una vivienda muy confortable, estuvimos 9 personas..bien equipada, fácil acceso, bien ubicada para moverse por la isla...si volvieramos repetiriamos..

Unterkunft

Das Haus aus dem Jahr 2009 wird offensichtlich nicht instand gehalten. Fassadenrisse, Stockflecken, Whirlpool funktioniert nicht, verrostete Lampen, Spiegel, Esstisch. Garagentor verrostet und nicht funktionsfähig. Im Keller aussortierter schimmelige Kühl/Gefrierkombination. Aussortierte Lampen, Spielzeug, ca. hundert verpackte Kartons, Beleuchtung nur Glühlampen in Fassung. In der Küche Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine verrostet, Ausstattung von Ikea einschl. Vorhänge und Geschirr. Sonnenliege defekt. Bäder: Toilettenbürsten mit Ekelfaktor, abgebrochener Toilettenrollenhalter, verrostetes Badregal unter Handtuchhalter, offener Waschbeckenabfluss und Stockflecken und Risse im Gebäude.

Traumhaus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das Haus ist ein Traum, wurde liebevoll und individuell bis ins kleinste Detail geplant und gebaut. Die Raumaufteilung und der Meerblick sind grandios. Für einen Urlaub mit Familie/Freunden ideal. Wir haben dort sehr wohl gefühlt, abwechselnd mit Familie und Freunden gewohnt und von dort aus auch gearbeitet. Die Internetverbindung ist dafür ausreichend. Leider wird es nicht mehr von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt und seitdem vernachlässigt. Unsere Familie besitzt und betreut selbst mehrere Ferienwohnung in mehreren Ländern. Die Betreuung durch Miguel war klasse. Das Reinigungsteam war sehr freundlich und kam zuverlässig. Schmunzelnd haben wir festgestellt, dass die Reinigungskräfte offensichtlich international dasselbe vergessen ;-). Was dieses wunderschöne Haus dringend benötigt, ist ein Check Up der Eigentümer und Austausch der Dinge, die inzwischen abgenutzt sind (möglichst Austausch nicht wieder mit IKEA). Das kann ein Hausverwalter nicht entscheiden. Für den Tourismusverband in der Schweiz wären einige Punkte inakzeptable. In Deutschland wäre maximal eine 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung möglich. Das ist insofern ein Jammer, als dass das Haus selbst die Grundvoraussetzungen für eine Top-Bewertung mitbringt. Also liebe Eigentümer, geht mal wieder in Euer wunderschönes Traumhaus, genießt die Zeit dort und bringt die Sachen auf Vordermann. Empfehlen können wir das Haus!
