Lovely and cosy Formosa apartment is just 5 min walking distance from S. Marco's Square and the Rialto Bridge. It' s located just few steps from Santa Maria Formosa one of the most characteristic place in Venice, in a typical Venetian building. Recently restored the apartment, of about 50 m², consists in a large open space with kitchen and living (with high wood beaming ceiling), satellite TV, Internet Wifi and double sofa bed. Kitchen is furnished with fridge and freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher. The main bedroom has a King size bed, large wardrobe. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Very original and prestigious ceilings represented by a truss structure. Parquet floor. Air conditioning, fan included and cradle available on request. All the rooms are very bright as lighted up by several windows. Supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, just nearby.


Shopping: We are just around the corner from a Venetian supermarket, less than 1 min walk away. Shopping for food couldn't be easier. If you like fresh food go to the very famous Rialto mercato a daily food market (no Sunday) crammed with just fished fish, fresh fruit and vegetables just off Rialto bridge. Nearby the apartment there are various other small food outlets scattered around where you can buy meats, cheese, bread, etc. This will be a more interesting although challenging shopping experience than the supermarket. You will find many top brand shops antique and gift shops.

Best option direct connection take ALILAGUNA ORANGE LINE and get off at Rialto (50 minutes). Second option take bus Actv or Atvo to Piazzale Roma. From Piazzale Roma take the line 2 of the public water bus (we call it “vaporetto”) and get off at Rialto (about 12 minutes).

Arriving by TRAIN:

The tax is 4 euro per person per day in high season and 1.5 euro per person per day in low season.
